For what it is worth, a number of us here were talking arcade64 and no-nag and one found out there is built in support for a no-nag like setting in arcade64 by default. Set the 'seconds to run' to 1 in the advanced property settings section.

Starman99x, on last evening, I was toying with the layout of Subroc-3D. Sorry, but I have to admit that implementing the 3D scope view is a real headache. I added the viewfinder anyway. This is a wonderful idea, as a frequent RA player myself I'm definately going to have to give this a go. I just got my Satoru Iwata Memorial badge, so going to have to take a crack at the others. Speaking of badges, love what you've done with the playlist icons, very nice job there!

OK...that took way longer than a hour, more like 4 hours lol. It's uploaded and ready to go. I added in a new global setting to force the unplayed wrapper even if you have played the game already. Rename the UNPLAYED WRAPPER setting file from: UNPLAYED WRAPPER - ON.png to UNPLAYED WRAPPER - ALWAYS.png That should force the wrapper, for ALL 25 platforms. Was a bit of work For the gift wrapping thats used in a handful of the game list views, I added a custom option to disable those. I modified all the themes that use it, those platforms being: Nintendo DSi, 3DS, All the snes lists pretty much. I assume if you didnt like it on one you don't on the others as well. It's more flexible this way, can't really add it as a global setting since it's only used on a few themes. Also if you like it on one but not the other, a global setting would destroy that option. Hopefully this is what you wanted. I will follow through with this with any future gift stuff. I will admit i did not heavily test the new features. I tested them with one game each platform that was edited, I tested both global and custom options. I may have missed something tho. If something doesnt work,or I forgot something just let me know I'll take care of it. All you need is the updated Custom Options.txt for v2.23.1, it has the info you need to disable the gift wrapping.

Evening KS...So I got the lifetime sub for Emumovies & with your theme set up ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! And since switching over to my GPU Nvidia processor, EVERYTHING is flowing smooooothly. Haven't even played a game, cause I've been enjoying seeing all the video snaps & all the extra info Emumovies installed...lol Of course I know you plan on doing a theme for the missing consoles & I can imagine all the hard work & dedication it takes, especially knowing you have a family, but with that being said, I can't wait for the finished project Take care bud & be safe...

Fantastic work! Always monitoring to grab new updates, really makes my launchbox build come to life, thank you for all your effort put in. Makes it fun to just explore a collection. Surprised there never was an Arcade platform view, hoping one is completed someday! I think the "Unplayed Wrapper" option though isn't working? Renaming it to Off seems to not change the themes, which are set to On regardless. The other options work and change fine. Edit: Or I see now, its the shrinkwrap effect that turns off and on, oops! That works, but the gift wrapping icon is still displayed regardless of off or on. Basically looking to see if there is a way to permanently leave the shrinkwrap effect on regardless of played (its a cool effect!) but also leave the gift wrap icon overlay permanently off.

Thanks for this vahn, I was feeling a bit discouraged yesterday about it not working as I wanted for everybody. I will do my best to get everything fixed up at some point. Feels more and more like this is "again" a theme that some users won't be able to enjoy fully due to not having a fast enough rig. I tried my best to counter that this time and still it remains a issue. It is nice to hear it's working as expected for you, and decent enough for others. I can share any videos you make in the thread if you want extra yt views. That goes for anybody that wants to make one btw, Donnell usually does those but I think he's been busy at work lately. I made a short one last night but had to stop it when my wife finished up dinner. I'm sure I missed a few things, I will do a better check today like I usually do and fix any reported bugs. I spent extra time in those so they may not have as many bugs. Also gonna start some new views later, Patrick wants to see some Atari on the list so I might start researching those. I've never owned or played any of those so I gotta do some research. I assume they have no bios menu so I'll have to get creative again. Just wanted to drop in and say that performance issues are, of course, inevitable with how robust this theme is. Optimizing is always ideal, but I really appreciate the effort you’re putting in to work with the community and make sure everyone has a good time! Personally, I run a pretty strong rig, so I’m not experiencing any issues myself—though my setup is pretty unorthodox to say the least, haha. At some point I’ll upload a video of my BigBox collection using this theme, partly to show how well a large collection can run with all the bells and whistles, and partly just to share the hobby with the community. All in all, this is a solid update as usual. There may be issues I haven’t noticed, but everything looks great on my end. Keep up the good work!

Ok bros might be a misunderstanding on my part. I thought your theme included video snaps, but I take it you have to subscribe to EmuMovies to get the video snaps of games included in your theme am I correct?

I guess I should hold off on posting sometimes lol. got chatgpt to make my lists, extracting romname and game title from the launchbox xml and give me powershell scripts to match launchbox name to rom name and rename my .png files to the corresponding rom name from that list. Worked like a charm!

I'm TOTALLY impressed so, it certainly makes me wanna just look at all the animation & not even play a game...lol I'm so glad I bought a new laptop, cause my old one couldn't even handle the basic BigBox theme. Just installed & WOW it certainly makes BigBox look AMAZING!!! Animation slows down a bit once I enter into a specific system, might have to make some adjustments to speed it up a bit, got any suggestions? REALLY wouldn't wanna take nothing out, as it all looks just right. Also made the recommended suggestions on BigBox as you described. BEST theme on BigBox by far, GREAT job bud

Sorry for the late reply! All the Xbox stuff is working fine, only thing I noticed with PS3 is there is a slight delay when opening the view. Nintendo Famicom and NES are chef's kiss perfect no issues, and they look great! Also loving the start up sounds for the views btw! like the disk system one adds a lot to the presentation and so does the animation with the title screen and background. PSP is also fine, liking all the remastered thus far! Once again all around great work King!

Sorry for not responding sooner, I just got back from holiday. The names of the artworks are synchronised with the names of the MAME 0.276 ROMs. 99% of them should therefore work with MAME 0.275 or MAME 0.278, 0.279, etc. I will soon be publishing the update for MAME 0.280. The other project you refer to is not mine, but the one on which mine is based. It is more suited to older configurations (before MAME 0.226).

Now updated to version 4.9, you can find the update within the LB theme manager.
