  1. 1 or 10 games worked fine for me.
  2. Hello, I'm running my systems annually to refresh all media, but I´m stuck at the Arcade platform. 5562 games are adressed, my screen looks like this for 2 hours now with nothing happening: The blue bar is running like it should, but nothing happens. It says there are two errors though, looks like this: Sorry its german and says it couldn´t download 2 files since they already exist. I do not know if this causes the issue or what I should do to refresh my arcade media properly. Other platforms run fine.
  3. I did something similar recently but I fiddled around with the overscan options in mupen64plus which should work for all resolutions. If you are interested in this I can provide my opt-files. I ran through the whole N64 library, but not every version. Since I am from germany, I preferred PAL-versions if there was a german language option. For games not working in 16:9 I used the bezel project files and tried to fit them into a 19:14 aspect ratio.
  4. Thanks, this worked. Yet I must say, Dosbox Pure is still flawed, lots of games still need manual setups and do not run as plug and play as with eXoDOS-installs. Having bezels, shaders and some added controller support is nice, yet in this state it´s far from perfect and a lot of trial & error. I would recommend to add a second MS-Dos platform called "MS-DOS DOSBox Pure" in Launchbox, add the zipped files and point the media to the default MS-DOS folders of the eXo-directories. That way it´s still possible to use good old eXoDOS if DOSBox Pure is giving too much trouble.
  5. I use eXoDOS V5. How can I add those bezels? If I'm not mistaken, eXoDOS doesn't use Retroarch but standalone versions os Dosbox.
  6. Since there are only 5 games for Supergrafx, I´ve fixed the bezels by myself. 1941 and Ghouls & Ghosts need so be set to 6:5 aspect ratio. SuperGrafx.zip
  7. I´ve reached NEC Supergrafx. The mask files won´t fit those, would you be so kind and add a third mask file for Supergrafx-bezels?

  9. Hello guys, I would like to use my GPD WIN Max 2 as second screen, for example Wii U gamepad in Cemu, second screen in Citra or NDS. I searched a lot but didn´t find my exact scenario. Here is, what I would like to do: - Connect GPD WIN Max 2 as controller to my launchbox built on another system (including gyroscope) - Stream the picture of the Wii U Gamepad or Touchscreen of NDS/3DS to the GPD WIN Max 2-screen - default command in Launchbox to boot Wii U, NDS and 3DS games in this mode Has anyone tried this? I guess the same could be done with other Windows Handheld devices like the Steamdeck.
  10. Alright, at least there is a pretty easy solution for Game Boy / Color 2player games: So you can add another emulator, name it to something like "Game Boy Multiplayer Option" and point it to Retroarch, select tgbdual_libreto core. I tried some games and it seems to work really well, exactly what I´m looking for - handheld multiplayer splitscreen action on one screen! Now, it supports only 2 players, but there were some 4 player games as well, which need to be handled differently. Also some games might not work, "Revenge of the Gator" didn´t seem to run the multiplayer mode, but I remember it was very picky on original hardware too. So the request is still open for: - 4 player Game Boy / Color games - Game Boy Advance Other handhelds come to mind, which would be cool on one screen: - Nintendo DS - Sony PSP So I´m still looking for some nice booting options.
  11. There seem to be some options to play Game Boy / Color / Advance Link supported games on one PC: Is it possible to boot up supported games with Launchbox directly with 2 or more screens in fullscreen, with all screens next to each other so I could have a splitscreen-couch-coop session instantly? I guess this should be possible with some AHK-work involved...?
  12. Playing Game Boy games on Super Game Boy is not quite comparable to Gamecube on Wii or Playstation on Playstation 2. Those games got quite a few extras: - switching color palettes - (sometimes switching) background art - stereo sound - local multiplayer And probably some other neat stuff, take Space Invaders for a prime example.
  13. Ok, I solved it. Now this is important, dear reader from the future: If some bezels don´t seem to load and you named everything correctly, check out if there is a config file inside your core-folder which is named as the core. I must have accidently created a core override cfg which messed up some bezel configs. For example, for PC Engine / TG16 I used Beetle PCE Fast. Inside this core folder, there was a cfg-file called "Beetle PCE Fast". After deleting it, my bezels loaded up fine again with my translated roms (I created configs for the beforehand). Delete the evil core config file and you will regain happiness again.
  14. Additional note: it seems Retroarch refuses to load up any bezel I manually chose and saved as own config since a few days. Bezels that I saved manually last week still load up fine. It´s just the new ones.
  15. Some bezels just won´t load with Turbografx / PC Engine games. What am I missing? Example: Romname: Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (U) cfg-File is in the right place (Beetle PCE Fast: Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (U).cfg input_overlay = ":\overlays/GameBezels/TG16/Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (USA).cfg" input_overlay_opacity = "1.000000" This is my overlay config, also in the right place, in overlays, Gamebezels, TG16... Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (USA) overlays = 1 overlay0_overlay = "Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (USA).png" overlay0_full_screen = true overlay0_descs = 0 Please do NOT recommend me to change to the no intro naming convention. I also have tons of translations and I need to know which ones are translated by whom and which version. I don´t want to start taking notes. I loaded up the rom in retroarch, brought up the right bezel config, saved, but it still won´t load it up.
  16. I'd like to see this featured in a newer launchbox version. Since portable PCs are pretty much a thing since Valves Steamdeck, this scenario could happen a lot more often. For instance, my launchbox weighs around 6TB. I've ordered a GPD Win Max 2 with 2TB and will be forced to trim my collection down as well. I don't wanna handselect and redownload everything again. So a nice enhanced checkbox based backup manager where you could see how many Gigs per platform are used and uncheck those not needed for the moment would pretty much solve this.
  17. I thought that is the sole purpose of the integrated importer to match the launchbox IDs, not relying on ROM names to make life easier? Depending on names is not really convenient since my translated roms are tagged in the filename for example.
  18. Game Boy Color is not working at all.
  19. Similar problem with Game Boy Advance. 1562 games, 381 got downloaded. There Should be a lot more.
  20. Similar to my problem with Atari 2600 https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/68029-bezel-project-not-importing-atari-2600-properly/, the bezels import doesn´t work with all roms. I´ve got 1021 Game Boy games, 133 bezels got imported. According to the github page there should be loads more.
  21. Ah, nevermind, this solved it: https://github.com/thebezelproject/BezelProject/issues/40
  22. Is there also a mask for Atari Lynx? I like the artwork at the sides but the Top/Bottom got cut off.
  23. Only one rom name does not match: "M.A.S.H. (1982) (20th Century Fox) [!]" My folder looks like this:
  24. Hey guys, I´ve started importing the Bezel Project files, but something seems broken with Atari 2600. Only these files got imported: Accordingly to their github page there should be tons more.
  25. Thank you so much! 🙂
