  1. There seem to be some options to play Game Boy / Color / Advance Link supported games on one PC: Is it possible to boot up supported games with Launchbox directly with 2 or more screens in fullscreen, with all screens next to each other so I could have a splitscreen-couch-coop session instantly? I guess this should be possible with some AHK-work involved...?
  2. Playing Game Boy games on Super Game Boy is not quite comparable to Gamecube on Wii or Playstation on Playstation 2. Those games got quite a few extras: - switching color palettes - (sometimes switching) background art - stereo sound - local multiplayer And probably some other neat stuff, take Space Invaders for a prime example.
  3. Ok, I solved it. Now this is important, dear reader from the future: If some bezels don´t seem to load and you named everything correctly, check out if there is a config file inside your core-folder which is named as the core. I must have accidently created a core override cfg which messed up some bezel configs. For example, for PC Engine / TG16 I used Beetle PCE Fast. Inside this core folder, there was a cfg-file called "Beetle PCE Fast". After deleting it, my bezels loaded up fine again with my translated roms (I created configs for the beforehand). Delete the evil core config file and you will regain happiness again.
  4. Additional note: it seems Retroarch refuses to load up any bezel I manually chose and saved as own config since a few days. Bezels that I saved manually last week still load up fine. It´s just the new ones.
  5. Some bezels just won´t load with Turbografx / PC Engine games. What am I missing? Example: Romname: Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (U) cfg-File is in the right place (Beetle PCE Fast: Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (U).cfg input_overlay = ":\overlays/GameBezels/TG16/Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (USA).cfg" input_overlay_opacity = "1.000000" This is my overlay config, also in the right place, in overlays, Gamebezels, TG16... Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (USA) overlays = 1 overlay0_overlay = "Bonk III - Bonk's Big Adventure (USA).png" overlay0_full_screen = true overlay0_descs = 0 Please do NOT recommend me to change to the no intro naming convention. I also have tons of translations and I need to know which ones are translated by whom and which version. I don´t want to start taking notes. I loaded up the rom in retroarch, brought up the right bezel config, saved, but it still won´t load it up.
  6. I'd like to see this featured in a newer launchbox version. Since portable PCs are pretty much a thing since Valves Steamdeck, this scenario could happen a lot more often. For instance, my launchbox weighs around 6TB. I've ordered a GPD Win Max 2 with 2TB and will be forced to trim my collection down as well. I don't wanna handselect and redownload everything again. So a nice enhanced checkbox based backup manager where you could see how many Gigs per platform are used and uncheck those not needed for the moment would pretty much solve this.
  7. I thought that is the sole purpose of the integrated importer to match the launchbox IDs, not relying on ROM names to make life easier? Depending on names is not really convenient since my translated roms are tagged in the filename for example.
  8. Similar problem with Game Boy Advance. 1562 games, 381 got downloaded. There Should be a lot more.
  9. Similar to my problem with Atari 2600 https://forums.launchbox-app.com/topic/68029-bezel-project-not-importing-atari-2600-properly/, the bezels import doesn´t work with all roms. I´ve got 1021 Game Boy games, 133 bezels got imported. According to the github page there should be loads more.
  10. Ah, nevermind, this solved it: https://github.com/thebezelproject/BezelProject/issues/40
  11. Is there also a mask for Atari Lynx? I like the artwork at the sides but the Top/Bottom got cut off.
  12. Only one rom name does not match: "M.A.S.H. (1982) (20th Century Fox) [!]" My folder looks like this:
  13. Hey guys, I´ve started importing the Bezel Project files, but something seems broken with Atari 2600. Only these files got imported: Accordingly to their github page there should be tons more.
  14. Cool, this would be exactly what I'm looking for. Any chance to share this here without entering the Facebook group?
  15. The bezels for Retroarch cut off quite a chunk of the visible play-area. It there an option in Retroarch to just push the bezels one layer behind the video to ensure no video gets overruled by the bezels? I know I can resize the scaling but that would drag the bezels out of the edges hiding some of the artwork. An other option would be to cut off the TV-rounding-portion of each artwork - is there an easy way to to this via batch-file to get those in a clean 4:3 format?
  16. Hey, I just wanted to thank you for these bat-files. I converted redumps with the XDVDMulleter v10.2beta but some didn´t work. After running these through those bats I could fix them.
  17. Thanks god, this makes life sooo much easier. Now hopefully something similiar is gonna happen with RPCS3, Xenia, and Xemu. Those games are also way to big and the file/folder structure too complicated.
  18. Solved it. CPU overclocking MUST be set to x1.
  19. Because I´m setting up Sinden Lightguns. ePSXe is still recommended for those.
  20. Can you please explain how to run games with this? I´ve installed the latest version, but everytime I try to load a bin/cue file it crashes. No problems with the "non"-portable version.
  21. This worked for me. Just called my entry "Retroarch Hotfix" and use it for games, that don´t work with my preferred emulator. That way you can also mount alternate game versions / translations / hacks with ease, since these can cause problems most likely.
  22. @Headrush69 I see, good idea. I like those Mr. Do-artworks as well. Is it safe to merge Mr Do-zipfiles with already existing artwork-zipfiles? Which tool did you use to accomplish that? I honestly don´t want to work through 1.500 zips, is there an easy batch-operated solution for this?
