  1. Gosh you're quick. Good call on unchecking 'Hide Game Startup'. Everything works perfectly now. Thank you!
  2. Hello! I'm having an issue with Flycast standalone in the latest version. Getting an "Error displaying Bezel Window: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'window')" in the logs. See attached. Love the addition of shader support btw log 2024-04-23 14-55-39.txt
  3. Thank you for your answer. I only asked because some systems like ScummVM, MS-DOS, and PS3 may have their "Roms" stored as subdirectories with other files that the importer will not interpret correctly and try to import anyway like JoeViking245 discovered. I think It would be a helpful feature if we could select which platforms this feature would be active for.
  4. Thank you for clarifying. Follow-up question, how does the importer treat subdirectories in a platform game folder?
  5. To clarify, what is the definition of "new" for the auto importer? Is it any ROM that does not currently have an entry in LB or does it "remember" the directory's contents from its last scan? Also, can we turn this feature on or off on a per-platform basis, or is it all or nothing?
  6. Still an issue in 13.11 😮‍💨 UPDATE: For anyone who finds this in the future. I tried restarting, cleaning media, and rerunning the latest update installer to attempt to fix the issue, however, none of that worked. I was able to fix the issue though. Launchbox is installed on a NAS, so I tested opening the options menu for the same install on a different machine. The second machine could open the menu, change a setting, and save. After doing so, I went back to the first machine and it was then able to open the options menu without issue. I'm not sure what would be system-dependent about this issue but hopefully, this is a helpful piece of the puzzle to someone.
  7. I think that would be perfectly fine 😀. Thank you! Your plugin has me revisiting some stuff that has lived in the realm of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" for quite a while.
  8. @rockarollo You wouldn't happen to mind sharing that Citra script would you? @JoeViking245 One particular issue I am having with Citra and this plugin is that if a game is installed to Citra via a .cia file to launch it with LaunchBox you need to point to its .app file in its content folder. The problem is that those are always named "00000000.app" so with the current setup of this plugin it requires the bezel to be named "00000000.png" with no way to distinguish for different games. Would it be possible to add a fallback unique identifier like LaunchBox ID or something we could pass via a script when a specific game launches to uniquely identify it?
This single plugin lets me finally remove RocketLauncher from my setup. It is also very easy to set up, you can even just drag and drop all of the PNGs LaunchBox generates for RetroArch's bezels and be up in minutes for certain consoles. It would be nice to see it integrated with the bezel project and the system in LaunchBox that autogenerates these for RetroArch, but that might just be a fever dream.
