    Copy and paste the link to Chrome or Firefox - Gmail on Android sometimes doesn't let you download APK files directly.

    Just taking a wild stab at this but ... can you double-check your LiteDB assembly reference and ensure it's picking up the .NET standard version (as LB is a .NET core application - not .NET framework).
