  1. Lol, nevermind. Of course immediately after I posted I found the issue. Thanks for the report. I'll have it fixed here shortly.
  2. @DrEvil I tested this today and I didn't run into any issues with it. I was able to open the emulator settings and change them and launch games, etc. What version of LaunchBox for Android are you running?
  3. Unfortunately that functionality does not exist currently. We wanted the auto-populate playlists to be easy to use as the focus when we developed them, so we didn't implement an OR vs. AND set of options, as that can get tremendously complicated. I believe we do have a ticket requested for that on BitBucket though already.
  4. Thanks @DrEvil. I'll look into this.
  5. Can you explain what exactly is crashing? Is it Retroarch that's crashing/not loading I assume?
  6. Thanks @Driphyre; yes, this is on the list to add here soon.

    Sega Naomi

Hi @Nediw, I have Sega Naomi on my list of platforms to add. I should be able to add it soon.
  8. There are multiple options of those MAME arcade cores. It's worth checking exactly what you have selected.
  9. @dmaker Just tested launching the arcade platform on my Shield with no issues, so it's probably a configuration issue. Usually it's just caused by a non-matching core, or a core that's not installed. What core do you have selected in LaunchBox? Unfortunately I don't have that controller to test with, so I don't have any ideas on that.
  10. Unfortunately we have seen very rare issues where Windows or the .NET Core framework get corrupted and just refuse to work. I wish we had a solution for this, but at least it's rare. There have been a couple of instances in the past where only a reinstall of Windows would fix the issue. Our apologies, but really there's nothing we can do in this situation, as it's clearly a Microsoft/Windows problem.
  11. Thanks @diamondgeezer. I've identified the user of what appears to be all of the comments, and I've sent him a stern PM. We'll give it a day or so, and if it continues, let me know. I will ban the account. Yeah, it was a confusing post, but he was referring to moderation comments on the games database, which are hard to link to or anything.
  12. The Neo Geo platform issue is a known issue; on my list. Per the updates, I haven't heard of any issues thus far. Can you tell me what the error message is? What device are you using?
  13. Can you enable debug logs in the options and then send me a log of this happening from the LaunchBox\Logs folder? That way I can better figure out what's going on.
  14. This can happen if something kills the LaunchBox app before it finishes saving the platform XML file. Arcade is usually the biggest platform, so it makes sense that it happened with Arcade. Android will sometimes kill the app when it's in the background, so in the mean time a simple fix would be to just wait a few seconds after making the change before moving on to another app or a game. In the future, though, we might want to add some kind of GUI signifier that things are still saving.
  15. It looks like this is happening because it tries to center the selected game in the view. If the size of the box is too big, it gets cut off at the bottom. I might be able to figure out a fix for this, but in the mean time, you can fix it by just decreasing the height of the boxes in the Boxes Grid View Settings.
  16. LaunchBox for Android 0.39 is out now with the following: Read-only access to network shares on Nvidia Shield devices can now be used to import games from; however, media cannot be stored over the network as Nvidia Shield network shares are always read-only Added a bunch of saved game/state file extensions to the exclusions list for importing games, which should help to not import saved game/state files that are in the file system next to ROM files; thanks to @dmaker for the list Improved multi-track bin/cue file imports to not import extra bin file tracks, so long as the bin files start with the same file name as the cue file (if they're all in the same folder) Improved multi-track bin/cue file imports to not import extra bin file tracks if each set of bins and cues are in individual subfolders and the "Import Files from Subfolders" option is checked Added support for Pizza Boy GBC Free, Pizza Boy GBA Free, and Pizza Boy GBA Pro (though the free versions are unable to actually launch games from a frontend) Improved controller navigation and controller compatibility by adding more button bindings
  17. It will, but you'll have an opportunity to delete them before you transfer them over.
  18. Thank you very much. I'll get this into the next beta.
  19. You should use Tools > Export to Android. That's a much better way to get the media and such on your device.
  20. Thanks @dmaker; I have these exclusions added for the next release.
  21. FYI, I have this working for the next release. Should be out soon.
  22. Yeah, ended up finding it. Just that it's buried deep in the FX file explorer for some reason. I think I'm good to go to get this added.
  23. Lol, okay, so Retroarch can see it, but apparently my FX file manager can't. Probably not a good sign that this is going to be easy.
  24. Hey all, I could use some help with this. I've added a network share to my Shield under Settings > Device Preferences > Storage > Mount network storage, but I can't find any of the folders from any shares in a file manager. Where do the shares show up after you mount them? How do you access them? I'm hoping to be able to add this stuff today, but I need some help because I can't find any of the mounted shares.
  25. Hi @Cramhead, unfortunately this is not likely to work currently. You'll need ROMs with proper file names in order to use them with LaunchBox. To be honest, I think this is the very first time this has come up, so it's never been requested all these years. We currently don't have any logic in place to replace JTAG names.
