I've tried with the shortcut in startup folder but it doesn't seem to boot into big box

Thanks , I did try something like this but just wanted everything to be all in one place & not have to open multi apps to allow as much resources to be used on the games to reduce lag.

I use my PC on big TV & like to start PC up & get straight into playing games & although not an issue I think that by now Launch Box/Big Box Is everyone's number one choice as a front end for games you should have the option to automatically start Big Box after Windows has loaded without having to touch the mouse & keyboard. I currently use the BigBox Launcher third party file to achieve this however once Big Box has loaded I have to switch to desktop mode & restart Big Box as the Big Box Launcher file does not play well with Windows games in the xbox app like Forza Horizon 3, something to do with explorer.exe. It would we nice if this feature was implemented into Launch Box/Big Box as myself & like many other people use the PC as a monster gaming console rather than a regular PC.

I really like the Xbox 360 & PS3 videos & I was wondering if you could possibly update the WINDOWS platform video with some 3D games like Forza Motorsport 6 Apex ect seem as though a high end gaming PC is far more superior & think it would credit the Windows platform more. Keep up the good work.

Hi aageon Is there any progress on the Big Box Launcher as I use windows defender as my virus protection & for some reason even though I set all Big Box Launcher files as exemptions it keeps removing them.

Hi Brian, This sounds like something along the lines of what I am looking for which is to have MOVIE & MUSIC categories at Main screen with all other platforms & then launch all my personal mp4 videos & mp3 music tracks from a library with controller support without the need of KODI ect. Is this possible with this.

I have recently purchased Launch Box Premium 6.10 for my PC running Windows 10 64bit to load my collection of Retro & Windows PC based games in Big Box mode & think it is fantastic. The issue I am having recently however is that for a HTTPC/Console like experience I wanted my PC to boot into Big Box at start up so I got the 3rd party plugin (Big Box Launcher v1.01) to do this which it does. All my Emulators & Windows games work perfectly apart from Windows games that I have obtained through the Windows Microsoft Store like (Forza Motorsport 6 Apex) which load up through the Xbox App built into Windows 10. As soon as I press play it comes up with the error (CLASS NOT REGISTERED) so I realised that if I switch to Launch Box Desktop mode from the options menu, press play again then it loads the Xbox App & game as it would normally from my shortcut of game on the desktop. So this leads me to believe that it has something to do with the (Big Box Launcher v1.01 Plugin) as it kills explorer.exe at start up & the game in question does load through Big Box once explorer.exe is running. Would it be possible in maybe a future update to enable Big Box to boot into at start up without killing the explorer.exe process or some other way to get this working would be great.

I really think it would be great if Launch Box/Big Box had a Movie & Music category selectable from the Home menu so that you could play a collection of all your Movies & Music from a library much like a HTTPC.
