It sounds like you need to refresh the image cache in Big Box. Go to Settings > Image Cache > Refresh Platform Wheel Images or you could just click Refresh All Images. It's likely the change did occured but the cache wasnt updated. Or, you might be adding the image to the wrong folder and it's not picking up. Hope this helps. I struggled with a similar issue a year or so ago before I found the answer.

I'm so glad you made a thread to request this! I was just thinking the same thing. I was looking for a way to not have something like this: SNES (US) SNES (EU) SNES (JP) Which clutters up my platforms unnecessarily. Instead, I think it would be cool if you could click on SNES and then pick the region of the library you want to see. I hope this makes it in soon!

Is it possible to add a new layer to the menu trees in big box? For example, if I were to click on SNES, instead of going directly to the games, it would go into another sub directory that would let me pick the US, EU, or JP libraries complete with their own platform videos, banner, and clear logos? Thanks in advance for any advice to make this possible.
