If it's of any interest to team or @shadoweez . I found my issue. I deleted my settings file and the "options" began working. Upon further investigation, using the newly created setting file, I found missing artwork again. Same as I posted about before. After looking at the Platforms.xml, it's an issue related to a mixture of absolute paths and relative paths both being in the file. I'm not able to quickly fix this in the Platforms.xml as I have done so in the past with notepad++, as there seems to be a cached file somewhere over riding any changes I make to my Platforms.xml. It appears the only way I seem to be able fix this is to do it go through every platform and fix every path one at a time an allow LB to save it's relative path that I navigate too. Am I missing something on a quicker way to fix the paths????

I am curious why "THE FIX" in the last beta fixed some and didn't fix others? Do myself and @shadoweez have something in common that the others didn't have? specs: Win10 Nvidea 1080ti Dual 4k monitors non-standard media locations gotta be something I would think???? Anyone have any ideas?

Not 100% sure this is beta update related, but after I updated to beta 5 I noticed some missing artwork (not using default locations for my media), when I looked into it, the following folders had been reset back to default locations for every platform (40+). I found it strange that it was identical to every platform? Luckily I had a recent back to go back too. I can confirm the same issue as @BigCaah and @eonder87 It happens every time I try to go into Tools > Options All I can do is kill LB in task manager. UPDATE 1: I also tried to go into Tools > Manage> Storefronts and logging into all that apply to me, shutting down LB and re-open. I still get the pop-up when trying to go into the options and have to kill LB UPDATE 2: Also noticed after restarting LB, sometimes the Epic stays logged in, sometimes it doesn't and when I click on it, it appears to log in instantly, not sure if LB is sending false info about log in status or actually not logging in? Also, not sure if Ubisoft Connect is suppose to be displayed this way (without options), so I updated Uplay manully, logged into it, checked the "Remember" box, restarted LB and no change to the Ubisoft Connect.

ahhhh crap, I hate things that want to pop-up in places that don't belong to them.......I hope it gets to stay in

I think I may have found it, it has to do with the notification settings in LB, it happens when I turn on Use Message Boxes (what I been using), see SS. If I change it to Launchbox Notifications it doesn't do it. @faeran, (I never had the auto on)

How to I stop LB from starting update download without prompting me first? Here a log if it helps. Debug 2023-09-26 02-54-25 PM.log I don't understand why it started this, if I turn off the "Update to Beta Releases" it stops of course. As soon as I turn them back on, it automatically starts downloading as soon as I open LB. I posted about it once before when this beta first released. If I cancel the download, then I have LB check for updates, again, no prompt, it just starts downloading. UPDATE: uploaded setting file as well Settings.7z

LB theme was the default LB theme, I got no download prompt. I usually get what you got in your screenshots. Maybe it won't happen with next update. . .

When opened v13.7.1 after ya'll pushed new release v13.7.2, I'm not being prompted about updating. It just automatically starts downloading new beta. Setting are same as has been for years. Just reporting.

I was able to get this working, It was something in my "BigBoxSettings.xml" file. I did a fresh install to another location, grabbed a copy of the new file and dropped in in my main setup and whala. Other than going through and changing all my personal preferences of course.

I don't know my friend? I don't seem to be finding anything. It will "View video fullscreen" from the game details. I love the changes made BTW

@faeran @Retro808 Hey fella's: After getting my mess cleaned up, back to the theme issue. I downloaded v3.0 from the forums and get no working videos in the theme (see screenshot) However, when I go into Options>Manage Themes is shows as needing update, I can update it and it works perfect.

I normally do as you suggest, but was trying different things in this case. I didn't expect LB to attempt to use a file if it wasn't the "exact name". Thx Retro

I had an issue with a couple platforms (Sony PlayStation, Sony PlayStation 2, Sony PlayStation 3). I deleted them from LB and re-imported them. PS2 & PS3 went fine. I thought PS1 had also, but when I would try to do a bulk edit, it would crash LB (see txt). Now I have found I can delete the platform, close LB, re-open LB and it always brings back the platform. I can't get rid of it. Backups off, delete the Sony Playstation.xml and will re-create it. How do I get rid of it, so I can try to get this platform fixed. I figured it out, was my Platforms.xml file

I have a build with about 40 platforms, 3 of them; Sony Playstation, Sony Playstation 2 & Sony Playstation 3 are displaying nothing. The media is there, paths are pointed correct, anyone know why only these 3 are not displaying anything? If I click on a game within the broken platform(s), they are displaying correctly.

Just now getting time to look into it more, your the theme king! I'm gonna post something about the other issue and see if that one can get figured out first. Then I can come back to this one, thanks @Retro808 for replying as well.

I might have something screwy going on, my video paths seem ok and other themes are working, but I have noticed an issue in LB where for some reason the media section isn't showing anything for ONLY for Sony Playstation, Sony Playstation 2 & Sony Playstation 3? I reckon I need to try and figure that one out (or post somewhere else about it later)

Yes Sir, only this theme having issue. Just wanted to see how the update was looking. All my other themes are working fine. Thought maybe it is a path issue in the theme maybe???

@faeranDownloaded v3 and no videos playing for me. Tried both players. Side note: I'm NOT using default video folders locations. Anyone else?
