  1. Can you turn off Auto Import for each or a single platform???? If not, that would be a very useful feature to add!!
  2. This stopped the continuous plugin popup for me as well
  3. I can confirm same as @bundangdon
  4. Black screen issues I have been having introduced in 13.13 and Nvidea drivers above version 551.61 are Startup Theme related. Even default LB causes the issue. Turn them off and games using RA and bezels I'm using work fine.
  5. Still broke, see above post. Is there a way to turn OFF the plugin pop-up????? Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. : 'P:\Roms\dev_hdd0\game\BCES01118\USRDIR\built\sound\bank\52b66ec0' App: LaunchBox Version: 13.15-beta-5 Theme: Papaws Default Type: System.IO.IOException Site: IntPtr CreateRelativeDirectoryHandle(System.ReadOnlySpan`1[System.Char], System.String) Source: System.Private.CoreLib at System.IO.Enumeration.FileSystemEnumerator`1.CreateRelativeDirectoryHandle(ReadOnlySpan`1 relativePath, String fullPath) at System.IO.Enumeration.FileSystemEnumerator`1.MoveNext() at System.Collections.Generic.List`1..ctor(IEnumerable`1 collection) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Processes.WinScanning.ScanForPs3Games(String platformName) at AdapterFactoryObserver.RemoveReflectiveInterpreter(String platformName, AdapterFactoryObserver ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Processes.WinScanning.ScanForNewRoms(String platformName, String folderPath, String scrapeAs) at ModelFactoryObserver.RemoveReflectiveInterpreter(String platformName, String folderPath, String scrapeAs, ModelFactoryObserver ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Processes.WinScanning.ScanForNewRoms(Platform platform, List`1 items) at FactoryExpressionObserver.RemoveReflectiveInterpreter(Platform platform, List`1 items, FactoryExpressionObserver ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Monitoring.GameDirectoryMonitor.StartWatching() at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Desktop.ViewModels.MainViewModel.<>c.DefineDistributedCandidate(Object ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Desktop.ViewModels.MainViewModel.<>c.RemoveDrivenMapping() at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Threading.<>c__DisplayClass0_0.ComputeNotificationFactory() at System.Threading.Thread.StartHelper.Callback(Object state) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) --- End of stack trace from previous location --- at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) Recent Log: 4:29:24 PM Exception
  6. UPDATE #2 This is the error in the box: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. : 'P:\Roms\dev_hdd0\game\BCES01118\USRDIR\built\sound\bank\52b66ec0' ----not sure why LB would be looking for roms in that particular folder??? And of course turning off the Auto Import stopped the crash My PS3 roms are using the Virtual system to a mapped drive as you can see above. I am continuously getting this if I open LB and let LB sit idol after a couple minutes. Not happening in BB, UPDATE: Added log file Debug 2024-06-20 03-02-19 AM.log BTW - I still get the black screens that I reported in v13.14 using the last 3 Nvidea drivers on 3 different GTX cards.
  7. @C-Beats I think I had quoted a post earlier meant for someone else, my bad. Any ways, here is a video showing what Cleanup does for me. Only one image found, but I had ran cleanup a couple days ago and deleted. Also added a log file if it is of any help. 2024-06-06 08-12-16.mp4 Debug 2024-06-06 08-08-57 AM.log
  8. Thx for the reply @C-Beats. But I have already deleted in the cleanup. I will most definitely give it a try and report back
  9. The Media Cleanup isn't working for me. Finds media: Choose to move to a folder (tried one created outside of LB and one inside of LB Image folder): Says they're moving: Then all I get is this: Not using default folders for images, but should not matter as this has been unfixed for a very long time Delete does appear to be working. I think due to the circumstances, the deleted files should be sent to the windows recycle bin instead of just deleted. JMO
  10. Cool, just wasn't sure if it would modify the rom path of existing games by doing it that way. TY Sir
  11. Okay, currently running rom set 0.253 (split). Downloaded 0.265 (split). Each are in there own respective folder. What would be the best way to update LB to the new set? Delete the Arcade platform, just import Full set, scan for added roms????? Import Full Mame Rom set is the only option that will give choices to weed add the chaff so to speak
  12. Yes sir, you are correct, and I did find it. But doesn't make sense to me as this is a 100% fresh build trying to figure out some black screen issues that I had posted about in the Troubleshooting thread. It did have a double entry though. Thank you sir!
  13. Are you referring to the "Settings.xml" file in the Data folder?
  14. Found duplicate entry in LB settings when setting up images for Amazon Posters
  15. Good Deal. Thank you sir
  16. So I have spent 2 days re-installing Launchbox and RetroArch to fix black screens. I can see the end, almost... How do I get this to work? If I select "Open Location" it is going to ...\system\pcsx2. If I select "Browse to File", it does go to the correct folder, but won't allow me to choose a bios file. The files are there, LB isn't let me select a folder or a file. The games work fine if I select "Play Anyway". Something is broken
  17. Using RetroArch for NES games. Had been using the Nestopia core. Also using the megabezels, not the bezels LB installs. Not sure when it happened, whether it was during beta's or what, but now my NES games only boot to a black screen. If I <ALT><TAB> I see it, but when I choose it, it's just a black screen. I can change the associated core (in LB) to mesen and it works, but it doesn't like the bezels. All works fine when I eliminate LB/BB and run straight from RA using bezels and nestopia core. I have removed all plugins, disabled startup/pause themes Does anyone have any ideas on this? UPDATE: It appears it's more than I had thought. Many RA cores are giving me the black screen <ALT><TAB>

    Roms on a NAS

If you're the only user, I would sync the entire folder then
  19. The Papaw

    Roms on a NAS

Not exactly sure what you're asking here. I still use a NAS for ALL roms, even from Mame/Arcade all the way to PS3 using RPCS3. Most of your emulators will run fine with rom on a mapped drive except for RPCS3, it's a bit trickier. If you're referring to SyncThing, you just have to remember to exclude the save data location of each emulator so folks don't start over writing each others saved games
  20. I use this to bulk edit file names, life saver and free https://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/
  21. Create your gameswheel template that you want to use, Then when editing your wall view, choose template, then select the template that you created and wish to use. It will use the template. I think this what you looking for. See example.
  22. Not sure if this is beta related, but I was updating media via Missing Media Tool. When looking for missing videos, if I select, turn on the Steam Trailers as an option, it cripples LB and errors on about every video (took almost 2 hours trying to download 38 videos) They are all coming from the same base URL of http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/.....
  23. @Retro808 - I see in your first screenshot that the Broforce game does not show a badge, I can only assume the "Install" field was null when that screenshot was taken. After uninstalling the game, the install status was changed to false (not sure by you or the uninstall process, but for me it never changes by the uninstall process, it remains as it was after the game was installed, which is usually null). After it is changed to false however it is done, only then does it display the badge and button like in your 3rd screenshot. Hopefully C-Beats understands what I was getting at. In a perfect world for my circumstances, a new field could be added to LB like how the wikipedia field works where the user could add a path for pointing to a games install executable. As much confusion as I have done here, I doubt anyone would vote on it in bitbucket
  24. @Retro808 thank you Retro, I completely understand all that my friend. I am trying to filter out PC games that were once installed (manually, not from a store front). Later they were manually uninstalled. I want to change the Install field of them only. Or a way as @C-Beats stated, flag them only, like LB does for store front games when they are uninstalled.
  25. I share all the game media files on a NAS, I also sync many files from the LB Data folder to other PCs on the network, that's why I'm trying to figure this out. It allows me to show the other PCs on the network when new games are available but will need to be installed on that particular PC
