Sorry for the delay, Had to make dinner. yeah found a substitute for Crystal warriors and made it work (that was probably a bad dump) Still can't get Chase H.Q and Castle of illusion to work though (Tried some different versions or maybe they wer'e the same?). Is there a good way to determine whether your rom dumps are corrupt or not?

Yep. Castle of illusion starring mickey mouse, Chase H.Q, Crystal warriors +3 more (they're having the same problem) It boots up with a "red sega logo" and especially castle of illusion is a big mess. maybe there's some setting i have to change in the emulator?

Hello hello. Im in the midst of checking that all my Game gear roms work, And so far i have 6 games in which i can't find an emulator that will boot them (I'm mr perfect and i need all of them to work) Been trying Mednafen (my primary emulator for gg), Higan, Retroarch and Keega fusion, All of them boots them in a buggy and unplayable state. Are any aware of some alternatives for gg?. Regards.

But saving games after importing them has really improved. Old version 2 minutes. New version 5 seconds. Big improvement, Nice work there

Yes, Okay and allrighty. I'm not trying to make a rant or anything about the new version, And the ui looks way! better than the old one. My point was just that i didn't have any issues on the old version and neither did i do anything else than just updating to the new one(I didnt change any settings on my laptop). I also experienced something a little weird after the update, After the update had completed Launchbox turned into this. Had to double click on it to get the launchbox UI back (thought it broke), Sometimes updates do go wrong. Cheers

And my specs are i7 6700K 64GB of ram 2x gtx 980 in sli. I have around 4000 games i n total. When i scroll through my collection about 4-6 images are not finished loading(It takes a few seconds) of about 21 in total. Are any of you using nvidias control panel to manage Launchbox, And does it have any effect?

I find the new version to be a bit more resource heavy than the previous, And from my view it takes a little longer to load the images if i scroll through them. The previous version loaded them almost instantly (sorry, But that's what i'm experiencing). Im also having a problem with the game details icon in which i'm only able to close if i turn the side bar off in the view menu.

H i Jason. I think the new version looks good but i'm having a few bugs with it and the game cover icons in the UI are pretty slow to load. I would love to make use of the option to downgrade again, And this time i will make sure the automatic update function is turned off. Where can i give you my email?. Regards and have a nice day.

When i click on the info icon for a game i can't close the game details screen as long as the side bar is active, The game detail screen is too big and even if i drag the side bar (platform names) to the left as much as i can i still can't close the game detail screen without having to toggle off the side bar in view. Just wanted to report it

I had the kind of the same problem in which it only showed a black bar at the top of my screen when launching after the update. This one. But launchbox showed up after double-clicking on it (pheeeww), I was about to go completely mad after spending tons of hours setting it up. Has the old UI been integrated with Launchbox.next?, It looks like that.

Hello there emu-crazies I'm slowly getting the hang of Mednafen and actually went into the config. and changed the resolution to fit my screen (1920x1080), But there's is 1 thing that simply eludes me????? How on earth do i exit the damn thing when it's in fullscreen mode???, For some very weird reason F12 dosn't shut it down (It dosn't do anything). Everything else is set up perfectly and according the Mednafen's own tutorial F12 should be the key to exit it (Am i missing something?) The idea is of course to start it in fullscreen next time i boot up a game (so i need to close it from fullscreen). Or maybe there's some secret command line that will do the trick (couldn't find any) Thanks a bunch in "gameboy" advance.

It's for my Gameboyadvance roms. I run most of them with Visualboyadvance-m, And the few that won't boot is set to launch with Higan instead. For some weird reason i can't get mGBA to work and having weird issues with it???

My damn OCD won't let me have anything that is not perfect I copy that, Been spending 3 days to get Visualboyadvance-m to boot in fullscreen when clicking on a rom in Launchbox. Finally solved, I will begin playing in just under 6 years from now

Hi. I'm looking for sites that have translated roms from Japanese to english, Especially GBA games. There's a pretty good amount of nes roms translated, But can't find many GBA roms. Are there any sites other than Romhacking.net i might have overlooked??.

Ahh!! Who can forget the flashy loading screen when pressing play on your tape-recorder, And you had to find the exact spot before pressing play to load it. One should build an emulator with a virtual tape recorder just to see how long it will take a person to go completely insane. Had countless of booklets to keep track of where to start the counter on the tape recorder to load a game, Piracy was well and thriving, And we all did it.

Yeah i hear you. Decided to ditch my entire Atari ST library of roms due to problems configuring them. The Hatari emulator is really clunky and slow, Either roms won't boot or the controller won't work, Quite a few of the games also requires weird passcodes from game manuals there's nowhere to be found on the net. Have you ever used the Steem emulator and get it to work??, I simply can't figure out how to set it up and get it to load roms. Regards.

That's typically Steam, You are "Almost" only allowed talking about games that requires Steam. Don't talk about games "NOT" requiring Steam as they could be pirated (Just saying).

Cool, I'm only interested in consoles that uses cartridges, But there's still plenty to choose from. Currently looking at a 20tb external harddrive, So maybe i will use launchbox for my steam library sometime in the future.

I just replied on a topic in which a user held the record of 50.000K roms, So i think people in here are pretty easy going on that matter.
