You can disable the play function. So for me all i do is press enter on a game and it goes right in. If I have a rom hack of a game, i hide it under the aditional apps and press tab on a game to see all that extra stuff. Is that what you mean by play? When the menu comes up and you have to choose play or open emulator and stuff like that?

So are you talking about also when playing games? You have leds so no color changing rgb? Im pretty good with led blinky. I know in the front end setting in led blinky, it will only light the controls you use to navigate or have a function in big box. Help me understand a little better and id be glad to help

So now I just need to figure out how to color the buttons on that image per game, and we will be golden. Then to the side of that image if I go Blue button 1=Jump Green button 2=Run Red button 3=Shoot The color button before the number could be the circles you made for the buttons dragged over to the right, then the number, then the function I think this could be something seriously epic Those sticks with the arrows open new possibility's as well because none of my sticks have rgb

Should Mention do not rename the actual eboot file. That will screw things up

So I took a chance and just went swinging in photo shop. Did the 7 day free trial. If this works out and I get the hang of it I will continue pass the free trial. I tried to follow what you were saying on here but I have android. So goin in blind I watched a video or too and decided to challenge my self and take one of the photos you shared on here and trim out all the stuff in the background. That's as far as I could get so far. I love how you did the buttons and would love to figure out how to do that, on top of adding text for the functions and stuff. If your patient, I'm a slow learner but when I get determined, it will get done. When it comes to my knowledge, Everything i've done with the arcade and everything else was youtube, trial and error, and lots of patience. So bare with me lol

This is a great tutorial to get rgb buttons color coded for your games. I had to teach my self all this so for those who stumble apon this, this is defently the easiest way learn it. If anyone gets stuck with this, feel free to ask. As im sure srfrboybobby will as well. Great job man

Just curious, i use to use 8bitdo controller b4 i built a arcade panel. Why are you conecting it via switch mode? There should be a mode for android as well as a pc mode, which should be whats used. Pcs generally get along with xbox controllers alot more then switch controllers. So try the other mode and let me know how that goes

Hey so for me i had to manually point to the eboot file for the rom. If you have it look through all those folders, it will pick up so many files that dont need to be looked at for launch box. Once you click the eboot file for the path, re name it in launchbox editor then search to get all your media you need for it. Hopefully this helps you

The other great thing 2 is your panel is nearly identical to mine. I got the extra button for each player down bellow but close enough to get the job done. I can also do mock ups of your black caps and with out for those interested in veriety. I really want to have the control panel just show 1 person cause all other controls are usually identical. But have a controller of the system next to it as well incase they want the athentic feel

I really appreciate all this, when i get home im gonna attempt to teach my self all this. Ive never played with photo shop but having a similar design of what you did with your marquee on mine would be the dream. I know you can do the pause screens with these images as well. If i can get comfortable enough to do all this il be glad to share with everyone. Thanks a million!

I was more talking about the images that show on the marquee that refrence what each color buttons do for the players so if people get overwhelmed with it goin by to fast in the boot up demonstration. Ive worked on several systems but very select amount of games. But after this chat on here ive been slaming them out. So i know you did mame, if you need any help with the other systems i can share my file from led blinky when i get done if you want

I'm not sure if you could use this and use that racing logo right over it or bellow it maybe? dosen't have to say spinner racing. I know theres a logo you have used previously that says spinner on it, not sure if you have the source files for that. il show you the logo im talking about, but i really think the racing logo with that wheel if possible would be enough. obviosly not the rainbow circle in the logo but spinner racing with that logo would be cool.

I had no idea that you could even have videos displayed on marquees. I thought it would just show the logo or box art. I was gonna make custom images that display what the controls are because the lights sometimes go to quick or someone may not be paying attention. Blew my mind. I actually really wana make custom videos for my playlist and stuff because everyones playlist videos on here dont have everything i make groups for. Some have most but then the ones left out dont match and OCD is a prob that needs to be adressed lol. So the reason my set up is so strange being a pedastal and all, I wanted the rotation feature and i want my second monitor thats too the right to not only be a marquee, but also act as a racing booth with some mario kart steering wheels. Theres some cool ideas i had, mario kart 7 for 3ds had this obscure feature that you could drive in first person, and man its ausome playing it on the big screen. That and i thought to set a computer desk over there as well. Some how maybe have a pull out racing booth. Thats why my set up is so untraditional. I really want a pixel marquee to go above the big rotating screen so i can still get that arcade feel. I will defenently do some research on some click sticks. I could use 2 of them on my build and tell x360ce that its the dpad for p1 and p2

And hearing those clicks, i may need some new sticks... sounds amazing. Mine just run into the gates

Woa whats up with that marquee uptop??? How did you get videos playing on it? And ya having this chat with you gave me a jump start on my stuff. Wana get all these lights done so my litle girl will be ready to go with this thing. I actually use one of the defult start ups just when bib box or launchbox boots but i may have to give it a try
