ckp
My Launchbox setup doesn't grab a single clear logo for Wiiware. Does anyone have a set or know where I can get them? Edited October 31, 2016 by ckp
SentaiBrad
The Nintendo WiiWare platform only has 1 game in it, and it has no images. That might be why.
ckp
Hmm, I have many games for it and I just found a thread on the hyperspin site where people are working on the wheel images for it: https://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/13937-nintendo-wiiware/page-1 Sadly I don't see that all those cool images got put in the zip file in this thread. Thatman84
I believe the Hyperspin set is almost complete less than 30 left I believe. So won't be to long before there is a whole set over there (for the Hyperspin database anyway)
SentaiBrad
I agree. I think it was a left over from GamesDB.
Thatman84
Either way, if you want wiiware wheels they are being done. I don't have LB (Android Shield TV user) but I was over checking out BakerMans new home. surely you are free to add platforms as you wish with LB. so if you want to split them up you can right? SentaiBrad
Of course you can. Create a Wii Ware Platform, then scrape it as Wii.

I tried editing just one game in my Wiiware platform, changing the platform field to Wii and download images came up with no clear logos? Also I would need to do this for all games in my Wiiware platform. Thanks.
SentaiBrad
Go to Tools -> Manage Platforms. Open your Wii Ware platform and in the drop down scrape as box, select Wii. You can also do this during import if you type in a non-default platform, the scrape as drop down menu pops up on that window. Now, I don't know if we have many Clear Logo's for Wii Ware titles, but Wii Ware games exist in the Wii platform so this is why Scrape As exists (for those that want an infinite number of custom platforms). You are more than welcome to edit Wii Ware titles and add more images to them too, it looks like @FistyDollars has got some more to add there too. ckp
Thanks @SentaiBrad. I just tried that and then edited a few games to see if the Download button would find anything, but it didn't
SentaiBrad
The manual method would be to download a clear logo pack, open up your ../LaunchBox/Images/Wii Ware/Clear Logo/ folder, and drop the images in. As long as the names of the images match the name of the games inside of LaunchBox, then they will automatically be attached when you refresh the cache. ckp
Yes, that's exactly why I started this thread to see if anyone knows of one to download.
Thatman84
I just checked into the HS thread and noticed you have your answer now. if you can't wait for one big pack then you can always trawl that thread and save every image that's been released there. (Probably take a while!!)

(Probably take a while!!) Nothing to do with wii ware but just wanted to say that @Thatman84 is doing a excellent job with the hyperspin Android set up... U r a very committed guy and would be great if launchbox released an android version just to get you on board too
Thatman84
Well you just made my day!! It's very rare I get comments like that. my wife agreed with the committed comment when I showed her i dont think I will be much of a draw to LaunchBox creating and Android version but thanks for the kind words, maybe you have convinced me to poke my head in here more. i only got into emulation about a year ago and well it's all about the emu community and helping out where I can.

Thatman84
Wiiware set is complete now. Awaiting upload http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forums/topic/13937-nintendo-wiiware/?page=
FistyDollars
Ugh. This means we'll have to do a LOT of new entries, since except for a few big games, most WiiWare isn't in the DB yet. I think this and DOS games are the most glaringly incomplete sections right now. Is there a link to download the complete pack from yet? Edited November 10, 2016 by FistyDollars
