Like many people here I am a RetroArch whore That means I use Overlays to add borders to some things...To fair I dont actually use many overlays but then again my setup has never been polished and tends to be a testing ground more than an actual game machine. Cant help but tinker.... Anyway I totally love bezel artwork and enjoy collecting bezels for all systems (not so much Arcade) I would love to put a big global pack together in Metalzoic's Mega Bezel Pack style (if your familiar) for everything except Arcade.....PM me if your interested. I guess the size of a pack like that will probably need a home on a decent server. I expect EmuMovies is the obvious place if they will have it. So here are my ongoing projects.... I was checking out discord the other day and I believe it was @lordmonkus that linked to a git repo of images previewing the majority of default retroarch shader effects..... Que a week of Atom text editting and GitHub learning!! I added all the availiable images to the Libretro Documentation website found here https://buildbot.libretro.com/docs/ Under Shader Previews I thought the info needed a more visible loacation. Give your thaks to HunterK of Libretro forums for the hard work making the images originally Side note there has been some nice additions to the documentaion this week. Markwkidd added an availiable input drivers guide amd a MAME2003 core library guide/overview. All in all a good week and a Libretro docs is a nice little project for the inexperienced like me to give back to. Have a good weekend all

With its thin, all black design, the standard Nintendo Switch dock gives the console a modern, sleek look when you want to play on your television. However, for one fan, they were looking for something a bit different. Reddit user tettzan777 took a broken Nintendo 64 unit and modded it to be a Nintendo Switch dock. The user says their only concern is that they cannot attach the Joy-Cons to the Switch for charging purposes while the system is docked. In addition to making the cartridge slot the dock for the console, the modder also swapped out the controller ports for USB ports. The Reddit user also says that there is plenty of space between the slot and the edges, meaning that they can easily avoid the scratching problems that have come out of using the regular dock for some users. I hate being judged and usually do a good job not judging others, but not always. I pray that I can be humble and refrain from judging anyone for their life situation, their actions, or their words.

The cost of following Christ is high, and contains no earthly rewards or security. Sometimes I am fooled into thinking that I am guaranteed earthly blessings by following the Lord; I am not. But the value of being Christ's disciple is higher than any benefits I could receive here on earth.

Jesus chose to hang out with people with problems; people like me, with addictions and so many other issues, because it's the broken who need and are willing to accept grace and forgiveness from the Lord. We can rejoice in our problems knowing that they will help us to grow closer to the Lord out of our need for his help.

Trust in the lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:5-6 I am constantly reminded that the Lord's direction is not only the best, but is crucial for my own life and for LaunchBox as a whole. When I obey the Lord's direction, even if it seems to defy logic at the time, I am immensely successful. History proves that I am not able to do this on my own, as my own approaches have led to failure. It is both an incredible relief and extremely encouraging to know that my life and this business are guided by the Lord, with his endless knowledge and perfect character.

I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! Psalm 116:1-2 (NLT) My life runs on answered prayer, and I crave answers from the Lord. The more I receive, the more I want and need his direction and will for my life.

Hi all, Wanted to let off some steam so this is an insight to my personal life. As this is a blog and all that. Where to start My recent flurry of Emu Media (not sure if this is clased as Social Media) I'm coming off a few weeks of a mood low and had a great home life weekend with my wife and daughter. THE SUN WAS OUT, got some gardening done and building work on my house is moving forward after months of hassle & hidden cost. So am loving life again. This has been building for a couple of weeks and now i have my motivation and focus back. It also helped that I had some time on the Nvidia Shield to get kodi setup well, at last...got the boxing in HD, played some paperboy on mame and had time to play with a new Android frontend, i got given the license key for by the dev (a little more on that another time) ? Probably the biggest winner was that there was a decent interest and revival in work on Commodore Amiga emulation on the Shield and general Hyperspin community activity from the top peeps ....(Hyperspin...sorry its still my primary gaming solution, LaunchBox is VERY close second to that) Focus and mind My focus (around the emu scene) may be short lived for 3 reasons. 1. As i mentioned i have some building work happening...although im not building it i am organising the plumbing, electrics and woodwork. So when the walls are up im gonna be busy. Bolt on to that while we wait the garden is getting a make over. Playhouse for the little one, flower beds for the wife, a archway entrance to the garden (im upcycling a swing chair frame and im super excited to do some woodwork again) I will be about im sure but maybe more patchy now till winter. 2. The bureau cab build starts when the house is done or before...Think this and transformers...thats what im doing. Lol 3. The final reason is the curse of having a bi-polar mother. I think some of that is ingrained in to me. I have always had a hold on it but there are still those peaks and lulls. WE are at tbe PEAK today. Anyway lunch break finished 10mins ago. I gotta get back to running cables on a building site. TTFM BC Toby

(Bigup Slipsystem...cool dude. From Brown Bread, White Bread country) I just got Kodi running well on the Shield (Best thing ever BTW) and this Plugin was a really be draw. @SentaiBrad who originally got me hooked on LaunchBox with the Tutorial videos.......I love a tutorial......... @ETAPRIME you are bossing that job now. Side note that video of the PiTop with your Daughter was great. Love how you got your kids involved and inspired by tech... including your work/hobby with the family is genius @JamesBaker Im coming for those themes....I have had a drought and im thirsty. Shame you moved on from HS but onwards and upwards it seems. @Nyny77 For those Bezels love those...and the other stuff you do @lordmonkus your content is another tick off the list for me....(apologise again BTW) Well that covers most people that made parting with $50 easier and there are plenty of others I didnt mention because its late am my fingers now hurt from typing. You wont see me much for a while because I base myself with Hyperspin Android but LaunchBox is a contender for my cab build next year so setup begins soooooon!!
