Hi, I have an annoying problem. When I import games from Steam, Epic, EA or similar, some games are not found in the LaunchBox database. But these games are in the database. As soon as I empty the application path, LaunchBox finds the game in the database. Example: Steam: Armor Of Heroes Path steam://rungameid/1368440 LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars steam://rungameid/32510 I have already reinstalled LaunchBox. Unfortunately with the same problem. I have 130 Steam games alone that were not recognized. If possible, I don't want to edit them all again by hand. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you. Edit: I am using the newest version

Hello, I downloaded the "Complete Play Base Edition", because it is a good base for my new Libruary. I started to edit the games (Genres and Series). When I open a game entry in Launchbox, Launchbox freezes on me. I can only close it via the task manager. However, this does not always happen. Sometimes only after a few openings, sometimes I can work on it longer. Does somebody have an idea how I can solve the problem? Or how I can find out what could be the cause? Skinn0r

Hello, I added 3 games into Steam since the last steam import into Launchbox. I started an import some minutes ago. Launchbox imported one game. The both others launchbox could not find. I tried three or four imports. Did I something wrong? Skinn0r

So. I think now it is working. I created the games with the other plattform and deleted the old games. After Launchbox restart I got the same problem. I deleted than the xml and the old games. Now the games are gone ? Thank you for your tipps ? I hope I will not have this problem again.

If I change the platform for games (min. 8 games of 2300) and then restart Launchbox, the changes are gone again. Who has an idea how I can solve the problem? Skinn0r

Or you can use sync tools like Syncovery. Here you can create jobs with syncing onlye changed files at Windows Login. So you always have a current copy of your Launchbox.
