I decided to create videos of all the games in my Steam library to use with Launchbox, in the style of the standard EmuMovies game video style. 30 seconds of gameplay, followed by 10 seconds of a title screen, with fading effects. Feel free to use them if you want.
Note: These videos are not up to the usual standard. Most gameplay videos have watermarks as they are from various youtube channels, and a few title screens have visual glitches. I tried to get support from OBS, but we weren't able to fix the capture issue. The videos are good enough for my use, though.
If you want to create your own videos to match, I used y2mate to download videos with no commentary, captured my own title screens, then used DaVinci Resolve to stitch them together. 1 second of audio + video fade in and out at each end, and a 2 second crossfade between clips. Adjust volume as needed, then export at 426x240.

This is an animated controller overlay I created, intended for use with my cell phone. It's heavily based on the Nintendo GBA, and the buttons are animated when you touch them. The four buttons at the top are Exit (double press), fast forward, save state, and load state, while the bottom one opens the Retroarch menu. It's inspired by the overlays created by Press Start Button and fercho. Feel free to use or modify them however you wish! I included the GIMP project file I used.
 
The overlay is designed for a phone resolution of 2400x1080. You can stretch it a bit in Retroarch, although it will have some distortion. Adjust the screen size under Settings/Video/Scaling/Custom Aspect Ratio, and the overlay under Quick Menu/On-Screen Overlay/Overlay Scale, Overlay Aspect Adjustment, & Overlay Offset.
 
There is an alternate version included, with a different logo. It's a "Wide Boi Advance" because... it's a slightly wider GBA. [cue laugh track]

NOTE: NES and SNES overlays are removed, hopefully temporarily. I'm awaiting a response from fercho.

Modifications I made to the overlays:
- Resized game window to run at an integer scaled resolution as large as possible, to avoid issues with shaders
- Made buttons much larger, because I'm very uncomfortable using touch controls and have big thumbs.
- Recreated overlay using this retropad editor to fit my phone screen, which has an odd resolution (2400x1080)
- Added buttons to control Retroarch: Exit (double tap), Fast Forward, Open RA Menu, Load State, and Save State

Side note: Yes, I know some of the buttons don't overlap quite right, and I don't really care. I find it very tedious to align properly, and it's close enough for me. Besides, your phone screen is small enough that it won't be as noticeable, and your thumbs cover most of the button anyway.

I made these banner images to remind myself how I had set up my controller binds. Feel free to use or modify them however you want, I included the GIMP project files. I designed them for the Stadia controller, but you could just change the button logos, and it'll resemble most modern controllers. In my Launchbox setup, I'm using these as banners, and have them displayed on the pause screen.

I spent waaaaay too long trying to make this as accurate as I could to the original Playstation startup, but I think it turned out good. I also included variants, if you want the scan lines, noise, or both removed.
Please don't be too harsh lol, it's my first real attempt at creating a video, and I learned how to use a lot of new software. It was my first time ever seeing 2D animation software, and davinci fusion scripts. I modeled the BB logo using CAD software, which I'm also very new to.

I decided to compress my ROM files for all platforms to conserve space, which had the side effect of dramatically increasing load times for some platforms. My family (myself included) is impatient, so I made these images to use as playlist banners. They're to remind us to not spam buttons and crash BigBox while it's extracting a file for 1-3 minutes.
I chose to use the Smash Bros Melee challenger approaching screen (A new foe: Impatience lol). Each platform has a silhouette of the console and controller, made using viking's console image set. If you want to create a silhouette, cut out the image, paint it all black, and use a feather edge selection (With GIMP, i used a setting of 50 to 75 then hit delete) to create a semi transparent border, then paste it all on top of the template.
I've included templates (with and without custom text), and both 16:9 and 4:3 versions of all images.

I was unable to find any decent quality images of DSiWare templates, so I decided to make one. I tried my best to mimic the dual border design used on several eshop games.
I also decided to make a version for sets of 6 DSiWare games, which I'm dubbing Game Packs lol. The images are partially hand drawn, and I tried to mimic the DSi home screen. I recently figured out a way to add my DSiWare library to launchbox, and grouping them saves a considerable amount of storage space.

This is a custom Retroarch overlay for the Sega Game Gear. I made it by merging these overlays:
-OrionAngel's Game Gear Overlay (Used texture for screen glare)
-flatuswalrus's Better/Fixed Game Gear Overlay (Used most of console)
-Images of a master system background and game gear logo I found on google
Included are four versions, so you can pick between having logos and a glass screen. I also included the source pictures, if anyone wants to modify it in the future.
And yes, I know the screen is off center. It bugs me a bit too, but I'm not skilled enough at photo editing to fix it.
