  2. hey, thanks a lot for this! supposedly initdv2e works nowadays (?) can i just rename the files? Will you release an update to include this? edit: For Initial D v2, I just renamed your remap and eeprom/nvmem files (j>e) and it seemed to work... i should note i also had to rename all the eeprom/nvmem file, replacing .zip with .7z. I use macOS with RetroArch and for me the Vulkan renderer works great.
  3. very cool, but i like to use fbneo in RetroArch. Is there any way to make this work with that setup? I know I can use the custom bios, but not sure about the rest.
  4. Wow, what great effort! I don't use LaunchBox (not sure if relevant), but just RetroArch (technically with ES-DE, but irrelevant). For me the files did not work at first, but I noticed my files in 'saves' were not in 'saves/Sammy Atomiswave/reicast' but in 'memcards/Flycast/reicast' (ignore the 'memcards part; that's custom on my part). But even when I moved the files there, it still didn't work. Then I noticed my own nvmem/nvmem2 files were named with .7z in the name instead of .zip like in your files. So I just renamed them all (eg 'anmlbskt.zip.nvmem' > 'anmlbskt.7z.nvmem'), and then everything was working fine! Sharing this here hoping it might help some folks. Next, I'll try your CPS1/2/3 config!

Because I was somewhat disappointed by the quality of Virtual Boy box art sets, I decided to create my own a while back. But why not share it here? This includes all US releases, along with all Japanese exclusives. On top of that, there is art for the leaked Prototypes as well! For one such game, the very recently leaked Virtual League Baseball 2, no art has ever surfaced, so I got a bit creative there myself. It is based on the first game, but with a black jersey and a new logo. Better than a blank spot, right? I like to have my box art consistent, so I have somewhat unified the designs wherever possible (eg ESRB rating, VB logo, borders). Also included is a template (Affinity Photo). It's not perfect but maybe it'll be helpful for people to create other box arts in the same style (eg for homebrew). Hope you enjoy! - Teleroboxer (Japan, USA) (En) - 3-D Tetris (USA) - Bound High (Japan) (En) (Proto) - Galactic Pinball (Japan, USA) (En) - Golf (USA) - Insmouth no Yakata (Japan) [T-En by Thunderstruck v1.0] - Jack Bros (USA) - Mario Clash (Japan, USA) (En) - Mario's Tennis (Japan, USA) (En) - Nester's Funky Bowling (USA) - Niko-Chan Battle (Japan) (Proto) - Panic Bomber (USA) - Red Alarm (USA) - SD Gundam - Dimension War (Japan) [T-En by Greg Stevens & Benjamin Stevens v1.0] - Space Invaders - Virtual Collection (Japan) - Space Squash (Japan) [T-En by Feel & Greg Stevens & Benjamin Stevens & Thunderstruck v2.0] - V-Tetris (Japan) - Vertical Force (USA) - Virtual Bowling (Japan) - Virtual Boy Wario Land (Japan, USA) (En) - Virtual Fishing (Japan) [T-En by Benjamin Stevens & Thunderstruck v1.0] - Virtual Lab (Japan) - Virtual League Baseball (USA) - Virtual League Baseball 2 (USA) (Proto) - Waterworld (USA) Share as much as you like, no need to attribute or anything!
  6. Using the fantastic template, I have created one cover for a game I was missing: Lunar Chase, ie the US release of "X", which ultimately got canceled (but leaked!). You may find it here: https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/34242-x But for convenience, I have also attached it to this post. I have used some materials from various internet sources and tried to make it as high quality as possible using my trusted Affinity Photo app. (I don't know if it's possible, but feel free to add it to the set if you like!)
  7. Wow, what a nice collection! I was using the Abeezy set before, but this is significantly better: sharper, less scanning patterns, *all regions!*, higher res, and it doesn't have the creator's watermark on the images either. It is understandable that for this ancient system there will be some upscaling. Oftentimes, good quality scans are just not to be found anywhere. But I do believe this is for now the best collection of covers around. Thank you very much for this massive effort. PS. The provided templates are also a nice bonus. I will sometimes mess around with creating covers myself, and now they can easily follow the consistent pattern of the rest of the set!
