Beta 6 is out now with a workaround/fix for a dreadful Windows Explorer bug in the upcoming Windows 10 October release. It was happening when clicking the Add Files button in the Import Games from Files wizard, and Windows Explorer just basically dies. Sometimes you even have to restart the machine.
So anyways, now I've got the situation where I need to rush an official release out, because when that update for Windows 10 drops (and I have no idea the exact day when it will, but it's supposed to be within the first couple of weeks of October), users will be up in arms if they don't have the fix. I'm currently torn between releasing everything in these betas and rushing it out, or setting everything aside and releasing a new version with only the fix for that bug.
So that being said, I would really appreciate if you guys can beat this beta up, as I'm thinking it could be a release candidate for this rushed release, and it might come out before the end of the week (especially if Microsoft ends up dropping the October update). Please let me know if anyone is seeing any stability issues with the last few betas.
