Another new beta out; this one with mainly only DPI fixes for LaunchBox. Just trying to make it a bit more attractive in high-DPI environments (4K monitors, etc.).

Awesome. Yeah, the options screens could use a bit of work to make them prettier/more usable, but that hasn't been the focus.

Hi Martin, I've seen that too with previous releases. Not sure if there's much I can do about it; it's a Windows thing, and it seems random. I think it only happens if focus is changed to a different window during Big Box startup.

New beta is out with translation fixes, DPI fixes, and the last transition before 5.0, I promise. The games list now transitions nicely into the game details.

Thank you @CliveBarker; I have the setup and the translations updated. A new beta will be out shortly. Per the screenshots, I'm having trouble figuring out what is overlapping. Can you explain? Good point on the Options title; that is indeed a picture...didn't think about that. I'll see if I can make that picture localizable and have separate images. :)

Okay; no worries. Thanks for the update. We can put 5.1 out soon after with the updated translation; we'll probably run into a bug or two anyways.

Ah, good to know. That's quite interesting. Kind of a major flaw with WPF, I guess. There's actually not much I can do about it...I blame Microsoft. :P

@Wattoo, just went through all the screens for the French translation and fixed the visual issues. It's looking pretty good; a new beta is out. :) I did notice that the AddEditPlatformForm still needs translated, and there's probably some new entries in the Strings file that need translated as well, since this was added after your translation. Thanks! :)

No problem Martin, great to hear. :) Just put out another new beta with an important fix for a rare but dreadful startup freeze bug with LaunchBox itself. The setup translations and Brazilian Portuguese translation for LaunchBox is updated as well.

Hi @LJKO, nested filters in the sidebar like that have been requested before, so they are on my list. And I always appreciate pictures because they help to get the point across much faster and easier. :)

Thanks @jadamshapiro, welcome. :) Are the back covers upside down because they're upside down in the original image, because of the spread? If you open up a back cover outside of LaunchBox, is it upside down? I know @Maddoc1007 (Martin) uses Irfanview to do batch image updates, pretty sure it could batch rotate the images for you. Hopefully he can chime in and help you out. :)

Ah, okay. That's starting to make more sense. Have you customized Windows 7 with a custom theme perhaps?

Thank you @dirtybeagles, welcome! :) Things should certainly not take that long for a collection of 1,000 games. My collection is around that size and favoriting games takes about half a second. What are your system specs? What version of Windows are you running? Have you tried the latest beta? Per favoriting multiple items at once, you can select all the ones to favorite, right click and then Edit them. Then select Favorite from the list in the wizard and you can favorite them all at once.

I have LaunchBox updated with @AFaustini's updated translation as well; just put out a new beta. @Wattoo, I'm going to go through the French screens this weekend to fix all of the overlapping issues, links, etc. If you guys get a chance, if you can run through the setup program and review all of the language, that'd be great. Let me know if something isn't correct. Thanks again!
