This is a direct port of the great Unified theme's original port by CriticalCid. The benefit here is you can now load up this theme inside of the COMMUNITY Theme Creator.

How to load into the COMMUNITY Theme Creator
Make sure you already have a copy of the COMMUNITY Theme Creator, and you have it set up (link below) Download both Unified files Extract the COMMUNITY Theme Creator files into your COMMUNITY Theme Creator\My Theme Projects folder Open the Theme files zip, go into the Fonts folder and install all the fonts in there. Open the COMMUNITY Theme Creator, you should now find it in the dropdown list of themes

RetroMags
A Big Box theme designed to look like the Retro Magazine's of old.
The theme was designed using the COMMUNITY Theme Creator, along with some manual code changes in order to utilize the new wheel CoverFlow features not yet currently in the Theme Creator.

This theme relies on 1 System Hardware graphic and 3 platform specific game graphics for each platform/playlist/category. I did not include a graphic for every platform out there. If people would like to help contribute platform specific graphics, PM me, or post in this thread and I'll add them to the main theme in a future update.

RetroMags Issue 43
This is a 4:3 aspect ratio port of the RetroMags Big Box theme, which is designed to look like the Retro Magazine's of old.

This theme was designed for a 9:16 vertical screen monitor. Created during the December 10, 2021 Theme Workshop, the idea was to show off the process of converting a COMMUNITY Theme Creator theme to work with a vertical monitor. Playtime tracking and controller badge support were also added to this theme to round it out.

Inspired by the Marvel Super Heroes Arcade1Up cab, this Big Box Theme is designed for Square aspect ratios (4:3, 5:4, etc).

The POC - A Nice View of the New Walls

The new LaunchBox update is here, and with it comes many new Big Box theming features. The highlight amongst them is a brand new Wall View.
This theme showcases the new wall view by providing 2 inspired views utilizing the new Wall View CoverFlow wheel.

PauseShift

A simple Pause theme inspired by Nintendo Switch Online. This theme showcases a few things that have yet to be done in a Pause Theme:
The textlist is aligned to the right Binding the selected item to an image (As represented in the image in the bottom left) Please learn from the code and create your own Pause Theme.

There are 2 files that you can download to help learn about the new Games Marquee view that's available from LaunchBox 12.0, which can be used freely for any theme developer to use as a starting point to learn how to build their own fantastic Marquee screens.
Marquee Example - 1.0.zip - The contents can be used to load up into the COMMUNITY Theme Creator, and is free to add to any of your themes. GameMarqueeView - With Comments.zip - This is the same as the default GameMarqueeView with added comments to help you understand how the view is built. You can use this file as a guide while watching the first part of the live stream video, for educational purposes.

This was more of a experiment and POC to see how well a Genesis Mini theme could be ported to the Big Box environment. This is not a fully fledge theme, but only 2 views, a basic platform view and a wall games view.

I stumbled upon an image of a store page for an Xbox Series X. This is my take on what I saw in the image.
The theme and the COMMUNITY Theme Creator project files can be downloaded here.

Notes:
This theme is a hybrid of using the COMMUNITY Theme Creator and editing code to add the new coverFlow FlowControl. Because of this, the project files will not contain the new flow control. If you would like to edit the project files and publish the theme, you will then have to manually add the flow control code back into the platform and wall view. Those can both be found in the theme files.

History of Games - Game Awards - Remix

I took the best quality source I could find, replaced the music to one that was used in an old hyperspin version of this video, and then heavily edited the video to match the sound effects in the music.
I then added topderob's great Big Box startup video to the end.

Retro Faeran's Theme Stream
In every Theme Stream, I build a BigBox theme from the ground up for the program LaunchBox, using the COMMUNITY Theme Creator. Then, I release the Theme, as well as the Theme Creator Files to you, so you can play, learn, and edit the theme to your heart's content.
