  1. So what is out of order I see 2. unified refried should be under Criticalzonev2 and above unified refried - Arcade. Also Pinball FX should be under Pinball Arcade, The. I just loaded the same theme, mine shows up correctly. However I changed Unified Refried - Arcade to Unified Refried-Arcade to test and It still showed up Alphabetically, but it was changed in the list to correspond with Unified Refried-Arcade. My The Pinball Arcade is sorting under The Pinball Arcade not Pinball Arcade, The. Not saying this is an issue just was unsure how it sorted.
  2. Look above he already answered the videos auto playing. I think maybe the new version turned that off somehow, as mine was unchecked also.
  3. EDIT: NVM, this was answered here
  4. if you have time, if you can link me to the download page or send me a pm with it. I looked and not exactly sure what to look for
  5. Ok so I got those. However what i was trying to do is get what this guy got working. Check it out at 7:24 of the video Ultimate Multicade Edit: Found out he uses LEDBlinky, however is there a database of configuration files for all the games?
  6. @ninja2bceen I din't see any instruction cards. I did find the bezel project and have added those, it was really easy. Thank you. However I am really looking for the instruction cards.
  7. Thanks pitkin
  8. add this to the top of your bat file Letter of drive example D? CD "(name of directory to daphne)" don't forget quotes example cd "emulators\daphne\" So my bat file would be d: cd "Emulators\Daphne v1.0-2.2.11 (Customized)" daphne.exe lair vldp -framefile "D:\Emulators\Daphne v1.0-2.2.11 (Customized)\framefile\lair.txt" -blank_searches -homedir "Z:\Emulators\Daphne (Customized)" -useoverlaysb 1 -bank 0 11001000 -bank 1 00000010 -noserversend -sound_buffer 2048 -x 640 -y 480 then save that as Dlair.bat. If that works post back to here then I will give step by step instructions

    Feature

Is there a feature to show games with missing media. For example, I see hide games with missing box art. But i don't want to hide it, I would like to find missing box art. I don't really know why anyone would want to hide games based on media.
  10. @rgreen2002 Ok so you have the files working in daphne? Do you know the command line to run those games automatically? for instance here is my command line daphne.exe lair vldp -framefile "D:\Emulators\Daphne v1.0-2.2.11 (Customized)\framefile\lair.txt" -blank_searches -homedir "Z:\Emulators\Daphne (Customized)" -useoverlaysb 1 -bank 0 11001000 -bank 1 00000010 -noserversend -sound_buffer 2048 -x 640 -y 480 now copy that into a new text file save that file as DLair.bat or something similiar. Go into launchbox and add rom file but no emulator. make it add the batch file you created. This should add it
  11. Have you uploaded them here? thank you for this
  12. Ok these files allow you to rename any Gamebase collection Games, Screenshots, Sids, and Extras! Ok so I know this is not exactly what everyone was looking for, but I created a renamer for GB64 V15. It is a simple batch file. If I can I will attach both the excel and the batch file so you can update it with v16 if it ever comes out. This was very easy to be made, and the end result is this MOVE "j\JUMPMAN1_04000_02.zip" "Jumpman (4000).zip" Instructions on how to convert to other gamebases. 01. Open Database file (in this case it was C:\GameBase\GBC_v15\GBC_v15.mdb) 02. Open the Attached spreadsheet file 03. Copy Full Row of GA_ID, NAME, and Filename from Database to spreadsheet 04. The rest should be automatic, unless there is more than 25,000 entries. In that case you will need to copy d2-F2 to d250001 - D ?? ??=to wherever file list ends 05. On first line of new text file type the path to the games for instance C:\GB64 06. Copy Row D to new text file 07. Save text file as "Name of gamebase renamer.bat" 08. run new text file 09. optional: add Pause at the end of the batch file 10. Optional: Column E shows number of special characters (this mainly finds the letters with tildies and appostrophies) Unfortunately It does not rename ALL of the files, only the ones actually listed in the database. This is a problem with the GB64 creator, rather than the renamer. For instance out of 42,718 screenshots 17,881 are not renamed, but there should be 1 per game. GB64 Extras Rename.xlsx GB64 Rename.xlsx GB64 sCREENSHOT AND SID RENAMER.xlsx COPY EXTRAS.bat MOVE EXTRAS.bat Copy Sid.bat Move Sid.bat Copy Screenshots.bat Move Screenshots.bat Copy Games.bat Move Games.bat

Unfortunately this does not rename every single item in the extras as there are a total of 6003 items that are not listed in the database. This mostly includes the magazine Covers (2000), Cover Disks and tapes (1545), and Back covers (907), but also includes Covers (187) and Adverts (423). Files are added GB64 Rename.xlsx Rename Move.bat Rename Copy.bat COPY EXTRAS.bat MOVE EXTRAS.bat GB64 Extras Rename.xlsx
  14. @Jason Carr Has there been any movement on this. I am having a heck of a time getting the best commodore 64 list working in Launchbox. Organization of C64 is not very good, and add the fact that the software as a whole had a lot f duplicates or hacks o clones makes it even worse.
Thank you, I really appreciate this!
  15. @InfinityFox The files are no longer available in that manner, you must look in the places you may find things like mame roms. @CaptainJ Did that work for you?
  16. ah that makes sense, thanks
  17. So I have been trying to import my c64 files all day and ran into numerous snags. The first thing was I had them in 1 folder with nested subfolders (1 level). Even if I put some files in the root directory, the import would not find any files. tried other kinds of files and it always worked. Possible too many folders (15,000+)? Anyway finally got it to import in by moving the files outside the directories and doing them 6,000 at a time. This worked, however, It only found 7035 out of 8500. Unsure why. Can you help me understand how it decides what to accept and what to deny.
  18. So I ran a small test with a couple 1000 games and it did find defender this time. Have no idea how it happened the last time as it defaults to north america
  19. I have not had that issue, my issue has been with Launchbox not realizing which are parents and which are clones. So Defender gets listed as Attack, Ms. Pac-man gets listed as Ms. Pacman 2 and Pac-man gets listed as Hangly Guy
  20. yes it is, however my understanding is that it should be putting the parent as the main rom and the clones as additional. So for Pac-man it would still cause me an issue being the parent is puck man.
  21. Ok so I have just found a pretty big issue with the new mame importer. The system seems to be grabbing the first available rom in the zip and then placing everything else into the additional apps. While this works for a lot of roms (or seems to) it does not work for roms, such as Defender (see below), Ms. Pacman (it comes up as MS Pacman 2 instead of regular Ms. Pacman, Pac-man (see below). This is a major issue and needs to be corrected. Also the names of the clones are not clear. So if I wanted to play pac-man. I would have to find hangly guy, then right click and then somehow know the original version is Midway. Also could we get a way to make these clones the favorite? Jason, thanks for all your hard work and I know you will fix this asap as you always do.
  22. Ok I need some help on some of these terms in the mame importer. Skip Unplayable - Games that don't work Skip hacked - ? Skip Prototype - ? Skip bootleg - ? Skip Mechanical - You will need an extra accessory in order to play (uncommon to uncheck this option) Skip Mature - Adult Games Skip Quiz - Trivia Games Skip Fruit - Slot Machines Skip Casino - Poker Games Skip Rythm - Games similiar to Rock band Skip Table top - ? Skip Playchoice-10 - Nintendo Games that were adopted to arcade but still same quality Skip Mahjong - Mahjjong Games Skip non-arcade - These seem to be the bios files, they are not needed to play and just takes up space I will update this as I get answers. If any of my definitions ae different than what you understand please let me know.
  23. Ok So I store my arcade files on a network drive (4 disk NAS). I just had a hard drive failure, which ended up with more complications. At this time I am unsure weather I will be able to retrieve my data or not. Which brings up my question. How/Where does everyone keep their arcade files. Do you backup? Are you living on the edge of a hard drive failure? Here is my setup Launchbox installed to d:\ Symbolic links to my nas (Z:\) for games, videos, manuals, data, backups, music, sounds, and themes. You can not have your images on your nas system or it will work way too slow. My Emulators are all installed on my d drive as well with all configuratiion info linked to my z:\ drive Rocketlauncher is also installed with symbolic links. What this does for me is gives me redundancy (which should work except maybe in this case of 2 hd going bad, we will see), but it also makes it to where I can load launchbox on any computer in my house and have the same experience. I have also tested installing it on my laptop and playing games away from home. Which worked remarkably well (of course I used very small games to test, think NES or older arcade). Let me know please as I maybe looking for a new way.
