We need the Xbox one hacked and the Xbox 360 emulation software dumped then you will have a perfectly working 360 emu on pc , original Xbox is a different kettle of fish , emulation is much more difficult , it's like trying to run arm on x86.

install launchbox to an external drive and see if that resolves the issue , you can simply drag and drop your existing installation to a seperate drive , even a thumb drive will do just to see if it works.

Mmmmmm , are you using msi afterburner / riva tuner , if so close them as this has caused some problems for some users in the past (not sure if these issues have been resolved or not). you can always try reinstalling over the top of your current installation . Maybe dodgy xml file?
