My BigBox inside a Box

Just been on a 3week holiday and i took my Portable Arcade machine with me, everything seemed to work very well appart from the odd hick up when an internet connection was required. I now have a LAN this weekend that hosts over 800 like minded pc gamers, hopefully i can draw some attention to my setup and get some new members interested or to join/purchase LaunchBox.

System video Update: So i have done a bit of an updated video showcasing my setup, i uploaded two videos one with comentary and one with out since i may put you to sleep with my voice :) Each video has time stamps in the video so you do not have to scrub thru the video your self or watch parts that do not interest you. No commentary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_2w3N2HdEA Commentary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyLDCHm_2sE

Thanks for sharing this Mute! Really glad you got it up and running. Also, thanks for the love on my recent Review. My first solicited review from another source. Saddly, I don't think the partnership will work out, but I appreciate the love all the same!

Should watch more of my channel then if you want games to buy, actually everyone should. ;) I may do more reviews actually, it is a different process. I would stil with my RNG style review though. Part LP part Review, I prefer the more casual style but the video has an ultimate purpose other than just playing the game. You can add me to Steam too if you want Mute.

Mute64 said Hello fellow LaunchBox users. Yesterday i spent a good 3 hours writing about my experiences with emulation and front ends over the last decade or more .... unfortunately i wrote this up on my phone and i mistakenly deleted my write up before posting it :( so today i thought i would share a quicker style write up/video of my Bigbox/Kodi/SteamBig Piture setup via pictures and a video, and maybe further down the line i will discuss my previous issues, workarounds, emulation setups, front-ends experiences and just general stuff like my future projects and what not. While there is still a few issues here and there the setup is pretty much 100% usable with a controller ( with the help of xpadder of course ) Here are some Photos of the PC: http://imgur.com/a/90WW9 http://imgur.com/a/KvVUw Here is a video of the Software: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qbpSJGkaDU&feature=youtu.be Here is a future project: http://imgur.com/a/atWPN

I seen your software setup vid and its like all of your entertainment is right there at your fingertips. U even threw in Angry Birds game to seem like a kid. This Launchbox makes collections look real classy if you spend the time on it.

Say, those are some mighty fine lookin' platform logos you've got there Wink I'm happy to see them in use! This is a really cool project Mute. I've always wanted to make a mini PC for emulation/HTPC purposes. I've got my house covered between my main PC and Steam Link/Chromecast/Plex but that means I've only got access to the movie and music streaming if I go somewhere else, not the emulation stuff. I think this would be a really fun hobby project. Great job! It's looking great so far!

Thanks zombeaver, and thanks for the artwork it looks great. Rocketlauncher will be my next big update and adding more gameguides and keybindings tabs to each system as well... i really like having the game guides right there... like the other day i got stuck on Conker's bad fur day and i whipped opened the gameguides did some reading and voila i got past the tricky bit... i just dont have the time now days to sit there for to long to work some of the trickier things out.
