If that's the case and you also have the "Light Game Controls" option enabled, then LEDBlinky will light the active game controls, overriding any LEDs used by the animation. If you only want your animation to light during game play, then uncheck the Light Game Controls option. Got it working. Missed one of the boxes under the LB tab. Can you provide a bit more information?

For some reason the program was trying to find it in the wrong folder.
flanx
I'm not sure if this is the place to post this or if I need to make a new topic. I'm having an issue getting LEDBlinky to light my joysticks custom colors for certain games using overrides. I've looked all over and I have not found a solution. I can get the joysticks to change to custom colors if I assign the color to the JOY8WAY under the Common tab. But if I try to assign it to, for example, P1_JOYSTICK_UP under Player 1 tab, it never changes to that color. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'll need to see your debug log to help with this; enable the Debug Log option (Misc Options tab), run LB and a game where you've configured a color using P1_JOYSTICK_UP, then email me the debug.zip file and I'll take a look. AceEsCloud
I am having an issue with Nintendo_Wii_U. No games from that emulator light the controls (I'm using Cemu as the emulator). I have set the default controls fore Nintendo_Wii_U but still no lights work. I have tried adding a specific game (for example mario kart eight) but this game is not in controls editors unknown game list. This tells me that LED Blinky doesn't even see me launching the game. I have tried deleting the emulator and recreating it using a game that does show up in the list (ex Tekken 7) but the controls still don't work even for Tekken 7. All other emulators I have setup work fine just not Nintendo Wii u. I don't know where to go from here, no web searches lead to anything that relates to this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. I suggest turning on LEDBlinky log and check the logs, keeping eye for the Event name. Most probably its typo. For your reference, this is my LED Blinky Debug.log when I select a game in Nintendo Wii Platform. Still working on this and feel like I am getting somewhere. It is calling "Mario Kart 8" "U-Turbo" for some reason but it is seeing the emulator as the same name so it should load the default emulator controls and it is not. I attached a screenshot of the log and the emulator in the controls editor. I am hoping I am overlooking something really stupid at this point,... . I still learned something (using the debug log) so I am happy this happened. thanks for the help!
KeksCade
I'm trying to make LEDBlinky ignore some of the BigBox keys. I want only three button actually to light up when in BigBox or Lauchbox and have all the other buttons to be used for the audio animation. In the ControlsEditor I have already assigned for FE the buttons I want to have a specific color, which works fine. However LEDBlinky always lights up also all other buttons defined in the BigBox Settings in white. Setting them to Black or unspecified leaves them dark and they also don't react to the audio animation. Those buttons which are not assigned to a BigBox Key act as intended and react to the music played. Any clues? KeksCade
To give the answer for my issue (thanks to direct contact with arzoo): Duplicate the BigBoxSettings.xml and delete all buttons from that copy that should not be lit. Set Config in LEDBlinky to use that "fake" BigBoxSettings.xml.
