matt_cece Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 I have a old point and click game called Fable. From 1996 not new one made by Peter the fraud. Anyway I load game and it freezes in the first min. Anyone ever play this or have any ideas?? Thanks all

fromlostdays Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 (edited) Well, it all depends on where you acquired the game, how you installed it. Does it work outside of Launchbox? Your best bet to get it working is probably to get it in the exodos set and use dosbox to run it. I have it working just fine. Edited February 24, 2017 by fromlostdays

fromlostdays Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 It's probably not compatible with the OS. I'm not sure how to make the hard copy work on windows 10, but I can help you get DOSBOX up and running if you're really wanting to play it.
Zombeaver Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 It works fine in DOSBox. I've got it in my library. Most DOS games require some amount of configuration though. You may need to run the setup to set audio settings etc. 2
