If you run the software list versions of Streets Of Rage 2 and 3 with MAME you can use Pugsy's cheats that allows you access to a bunch of settings you can enable or disable.

Oh, i see, the problem is that i already tried some of them but the arcade64 doesn't read the game, it not even show on not working or on all

Streets of Rage 3 is not a Mame rom, it's not part of the Megaplay series, https://segaretro.org/Mega_Play

To get Mame to play Sega Genesis games you would need to run it with the command line

genesis -cart

Hm, strange. that's why i use MAME to play also other platforms...but why other sega, neogeo and many other paltforms work in MAME?

It will work is what he is saying but since its not an arcade game you have to give MAME the command line posted above so it knows to load Genesis games

What I do for simplicity is I have a separate emulator entry in LB for Mame Console which I only use for non arcade systems. From there in the Associated Platforms I have different platforms and command lines setup like this.

I did this, but still cannot see the game Street Of Rage 3.

What i'm doing wrong? Also i already scan all the roms.

What is the exact name of the platform you imported the game as?

Reason I am asking is in the Launchbox screen on the left you have a platform name of  "Mame" and in the associated platforms image you have "Arcade Mame". Just as an FYI the assocated platform name in an emulator setup must match the actual name of the platform you have in Launchbox. This may not be why it is not showing, but it can lead to issue with roms actually working through Launchbox.

Just to add on I don't think that command will work for PC Engine CD it is weird and you need to load the bios and then put in the full path to the game its PITA.

I change it, and i imported the games again, nothing

You are trying to import a Genesis rom as a Mame / Arcade game when it isn't a part of that database so LB is ignoring it.

Ok, however you still did not answer the question asked. 

What is the name of the system/platform you are importing Street of Rage 3 into Launchbox as? If you are importing as Arcade under Mame LB will not find it since it is not an arcade rom.

I think MAME, hmm...it makes sense, but tell me how to import it so LB can read it...

If you must have it under your Mame platform with your arcade games the most straight forward way I would suggest to do it is to import the game to a new platform;Sega Genesis. This will scrape it properly. If you tell it to use Mame as the emulator you may see this screen here below, if you do uncheck everything and pick Import all clones.

If that worked properly you should have a new platform called Sega Genesis  with your Streets of Rage 3 game in it. Right click the game and edit it, on the right hand side where it says Platform: Sega Genesis click the dropdown arrow and then pick Mame for the new platform. LB will move the game to the Mame platform.

Okay, so i manage to run it in LB with Fusion Sega Emulator, the only issue that i have is that is not working full screen, when i set up to full screen it just reset the game. The game is playable with sound, all okay more or less. 

There is another emulator for this game better than Fusion?
