I think what you're seeing in Bigbox is the new 3D box, which is made from box_front, box_back and box_spine artwork. You need to look in options and turn those off to see the old 3D boxes like in Launchbox. (see post below)

Im pretty certain Emumovies is the culprit, it's happened to me before. I usually only use Emu as a backup now if things are missing as you're often scraping the same images anyway.

Game titles shouldn't matter it's only using the hash, @Phlyp are you on the latest beta? Some games weren't showing (including Mario games on N64) but have been fixed. NES Super Mario Bros. is showing for me on beta 3.

N64 achievements working in Beta 2, think there may be a problem with PS2 though, Ape Escape 2 im not getting for example.
