  1. Create an auto-populated playlist with the filters set up to look like: Controller Support - Fully Supports - Gamepad
  2. The file you need to alter is "SideBarView.xaml" in default the template you are messing with starts on line 464. If you look in that template there are several text blocks in that dock panel. If you look at the text binding they correspond to the following: Count - The count number on the right of the control when you have the options to show the counts on the right Value - The name of the platform without count Value - The name of the platform + count Just remove the blocks you don't want to see
  3. @idolfun This has been resolved internally and will be corrected in beta 3. @Madman_DE This can be done by the theme but we don't by default since most users don't want their images stretched to a different ratio than the source image was in. This type of thing looks real bad on systems that had two completely different aspect ratios between regions or release cycles (like SNES or PS1)
  4. This isn't an error that's even possible to get via a true fresh install since the installer doesn't place the files there in the first place. Typically you see this issue come up if you are closing the application incorrectly (force closing it via task manager, or it being killed on shut down) or a sync application like drop box locking a file while we are trying to write to it.
  5. You can manually match a game via the Edit Game window (can't be done in bulk). On the first page you type in the title then hit the search button and pick the correct game from the results.
  6. @zugswang Just remove the two text boxes that are in the same template you added the image to.
  7. For right now it will always pause when popping in. I'm hoping to find a better way of handling that logic before final release so that if a video is playing it resumes after being popped back in.
  8. Well never thought I'd be grateful some one had so many media holes in their collection before ;). This gives me a good starting point to dig in and see what is up. Thanks for the assist.
  9. Is it always on the right most item? It ever happen to items in the middle of the pack?
  10. Version 13.4 Beta 2 has been released. This beta is mostly a bug fix update to correct issues found in the Beta 1 release. This version addresses the following: Improvement: Clicking either the primary LaunchBox window or the Game Details pop out now brings BOTH windows to front to make it easier to use the app in that configuration Fixed: LaunchBox image view not displaying correctly when using arrange by feature to arrange by anything other than title Fixed: Issue with boxes being added and not being displayed in the row correctly Fixed: Error message displayed in some themes while using arrange by feature Fixed: Issues with scrolling stuttering in LaunchBox Image View (especially when scrolling up) Fixed: Issue with the Image View not returning to the top when selecting a new filter value Fixed: Videos weren't being paused before popping in Game Details causing audio to play but not video Thanks to all that reported issues in Beta 1. We'd appreciate if you could take the time to confirm the above are corrected and let us know if there any existing issues that this beta did not address.
  11. License file you're using has either been tampered with or is for the wrong application. You can reach out to support@unbrokensoftware.com with your license file and they can assist you.
  12. This appears to have gotten corrected with the other changes. I'd appreciate if once the new beta version drops if you two could verify that you do indeed see that issue resolved.
  13. Thanks for that Neil. I'll have to see if that's still an issue. I have most of the other rendering issues resolved internally, I am curious if this got fixed by accident or not.
  14. Not entirely sure I'm following. Could you provide a screenshot to show what you mean?
  15. I wouldn't know. I've personally never used RocketLauncher or really understood why it was needed. Most of the time it's just another step in the process to break down.
  16. Thanks, we found this bug internally and is next on my list of things to fix. Just so we are clear you CAN scroll up to see the games again, just obviously shouldn't HAVE to. Don't want people thinking they have to restart the client completely when this happens.
  17. Yeah, I'm curious if that is still the issue or not. There server typically is only down on Sundays so I'd like to vet that something else isn't going on.
  18. Have you verified your rom hashes? I've been using LB across several builds and none have had issue. I know they have server resets on Sundays that can throw a wrench in things but outside of that should be able to. Is there a system in particular you want to see if we can work through to get you up and running?
  19. Tools > Manage > Manage Emulators and add the other emulator. Then if you want to change which emulator a game uses as it's default go to it and press edit and in the edit window in the launching section you can change it's default emulator. You can also do this via bulk edit as far as I remember.
  20. The wizard has steps on how to do this already on it. Last I remember it also links to a forum post explaining the process in greater detail. We can review the text to ensure it's still accurate and maybe throw in a few more details to help.
  21. Yeah, put what ever value in that box you want (in Steam Edit Profile) and save the changes. Then put that same value in the box in LaunchBox (not the whole URL, just the part you typed in the text box in Steam) and it should work.
  22. When you go to edit your profile on the general page (the one it opens to) the first three text blocks are "Profile Name", "Real Name", and "Custom URL". You want to enter a value in the third box ("Custom URL") and then copy that value and paste it into the LaunchBox importer.
  23. Steam ID and Steam Custom URL aren't the same so it's possible you are hitting some one else's profile.
  24. Steam import uses the Steam API to read your owned library directly and generates the Steam URLs needed to launch those games via Steam. We don't actually look in ANY file location so I'm curious how you're importing your games that this is an issue for you.
  25. What storefront is this game for and how did you import it?
