Examples of all of my cd based folders and games: Bomberman - Party Edition <---folder Bomberman - Party Edition.bin Bomberman - Party Edition.cue or Final Fantasy IX <---folder Final Fantasy IX [v1.1] (Disc 1).bin Final Fantasy IX [v1.1] (Disc 1).cue etc etc. Also, I just noticed that choosing rom names when importing doesn't give the selection the rom name at all. It gives it the name that it uses in the data base.

Selecting to use folder names during import doesn't activate the disc numbering system for multi disc games.

What happened to the part when importing where you could choose the file extension that launchbox sees and imports? Right now, I'm running into the problem of all the bioses and other things are being imported when trying to import things from a folder. I remember something being said about it but I don't remember what lol Thing about not having it is that when porting PC games, there are waaaaay too many files to highlight and exclude in pc games. The same could be said about everything else if you do game folders and already have manuals n stuff included with your normal emus.

Tools > Import > Rom Files > Next > Add Files The menu in my pic doesn't even look like the menu on your vid. I don't see the disc number section or the extension divider at all. Also, ps1 games aren't supposed to be iso. They are supposed to be bin cue. The reason is, alot of games don't play the musics if you use an iso rather than a cue. Edit: Ah, I see. You HAVE to drag and drop the files. You can't do from the file menu of launchbox Yeah so I dragged and dropped and now I see the extension and the disc section. And the disc section is empty. So 2 things need to be completed: 1. the .cue extension 2. Add it to the file menu process Also, when you delete a game, it's background is still shown because the highlighter doesn't select the next game automatically.

Hi guys. I just tried to do the multi disc import. It still shows the 2 discs separately. How do I do this correctly?

For the disc # stuff, do we need to reimport in order for it to take effect? Also: Senpai Pwease. Add these in next update: -steam banners for platform and game wheels. theres a folder for it in every section but it can't be utilzed. I know emus arent steam games but I would like to use custom steam banners for everything. And to keep it separate from normal boxes and clear logos. -Senpai, mouse clicks on platform and games as indicated in bitbucket. Senpai, me no can't wait~

haha, even being able to switch off controllers and switching them back on works. I'm going through all the emus that dont have this functionality and replacing them with retroarch If only I could do this with Poor ported PC games.

I was on notebook version 368.22. I updated to 368.69. The problem is fixed. Thanks! Edit: Unfortunately, this only helped Fusion's black screen :(

http://www.emucr.com/2015/03/gens-rerecording-svn-r352.html Everytime I put it on fullscreen, it turns into a black screen but when I minimize it, it shows the picture. Same thing happens with winmugen. Think it's nvidia driver related? What's the deal?

yeah but the issue is details vid doesn't but game vid does. doesn't make sense for one to do it but one doesn't. no need to see how ppl like it. just have 'keep vid position' in videos section in options to let the user choose. that way you can move on without wait time.

It plays BUT, the vid in the games wheel view keeps it's position (meaning if you go to detail screen and then come back, it'll start where it left off instead of starting over). While the details view vid always starts over. And also, when going into details, it still fades to a grey background (no image) before going to details. But when you come from details, there's always a background image present.

Which one are you using? Hello. I haven't tested the wmp one. Just the VLC one. Edit: Just tested. Seems to be VLC only. Edit2: After the update, seems like when on details screen, I can press back and it will go back to the game page liike it's supposed to but while back on the game page from this, the video sometimes doesn't start up again. And you can't back out back into the platforms again and there's a slight chance of bigbox crashing when trying to do so. Edit3: Lastly, I have all transitions on fade. When going to the details screen, it slowly fades out showing an ugly gray background before the details screen. But when I back out of the details screen, it doesn't show the ugly gray background, it maintains to show the background image which is good. Being able to see the gray when going to the details screen is not good.

Jason Carr said Hi all, I've been waiting to focus on this until after we get the official version out. Ultimately the issue you guys are running into I think is that the editor(s) aren't able to reference the classes inside of LaunchBox.exe and BigBox.exe. UserControlStyle, for instance is part of BigBox.exe. So if we can manage to figure out how to get the editor to pull resources from LaunchBox.exe and BigBox.exe, then that should fix those issues. It may be as easy as copying those files into the same folder as the XAML files, but it probably depends on the editor. Shortly after the release on Monday I'll be looking into the best visual editor to use as well as hopefully doing a tutorial. I didn't want to do that stuff without making sure everything was nailed down first in an official release. Any progress?

Anyone got a solution yet? this is why I stopped messing with vs along time ago :P I'm sure somebody should step in a say something because the thread is loosing its purpose with talk of this issue. #nevergonnagettofinishacustomthemeatthisrate

I could "guess" at parsing it out, yes. But generally, that's not at all a good idea because some people have folders all over the place without guessable uniformity. At least I think that's what you're suggesting. Unfortunately I can't make guesses here, so for the new folders (which are going to be empty anyways when you first load up the next version of LaunchBox), we're going to have to deal with the defaults. nevermind lol. I see the section in launchbox where we define the paths. I knew I read something about it before but too much hassle searching through forums because of speed. At first I thought the folders would be directly tied to what is seen in launchbox but I see that you have it so that you can choose the location now. false alarm. my bad :P
