  1. @Jason Carr Left out some info games launch fine in demul 180616 when using a controller it when you quit the game that BigBox completely freezes on the games details screen.
  2. @Jason Carr Just tested now seems to be a problem with the games details screen when using a controller, when you have that enabled bigbox completely freezes and the wont respond but if you tick the Skip Games Details Screen in BigBox Options it works fine.
  3. @Jason Carr will test that now and respond in a few minutes
  4. @Jason Carr Just tested Demul 180616 with both BigBox and LaunchBox its working fine launching games, closing games no problem except one when you close the game and comeback to the play screen the small video goes dark and flickering and then go out to the main game screen the small video goes dark and flickering in the games text list with details but once you change to the next game the video works fine again.
  5. @MerlinArcade In order for fanart to show for games you must have fanart in the Images and their respective platform named folders ie:boxfront box back etc folder for each game, and for platforms in the images/platforms folder then inside each platform their fanart folder for platforms if the clear logo is showing you have it set in the priorities inside LaunchBox/Options/Tools see screenshot also you can set the image type in the toolbar on the right top in LaunchBox or under options in BigBox
  6. @MerlinArcade Here is the Default Vertical with the 2 Views they are Platform Wheel 1 for platforms see screenshotAnd Horizontal wheel 1 see screenshotUnzip zip and OVERWRITE THE DEFAULT VERTICAL THEME IN THE THEME FOLDER you need to do this as in the theme there is a themesettings.xml that activates the Horizontal Wheel 1 View hope that is what you were looking for, remember this is just for vertical monitors. Default Vertical.zip
  7. @MerlinArcade do you want the background art and video tilted otherwise it will be the same as the default vertical theme with them out of proportion
  8. @MerlinArcade i can tackle that tomorrow do a list of what you want tilted the right way for me
  9. @MerlinArcade If there what your after i will do the rest of the default theme for you tomorrow
  10. @MerlinArcade Try these two views but you'll have to try them on a vertical monitor they look like your pic PlatformWheel1FiltersView.xaml WheelGamesView.xaml
  11. Well i got to go its very early in the morning here way pass my bedtime lol
  12. @MerlinArcade Unless you have visualstudio it will be very difficult for you but if you do a mockup of the 2 views you want and give me a week i will try to create those 2 views for you hows that?
  13. @MerlinArcade You would have to start from scratch and then strip everything out redo a new grid set it as you want then you would have to apply the elements to the grid co-ordinates that you want. You would also have to create a horizontal wheel, but you would still have your artwork and videos stretched out of proportion and not the way you are depicting in the screenshot.
  14. @MerlinArcade Line 9 has nothing to do with borders this is line 9 mc:Ignorable="d" Line 35 is this <Grid Grid.Row="1">
  15. @MerlinArcade You shouldn't see any errors unless you did something wrong here is screenshots of 2 views i just gave you
  16. @MerlinArcade Here are the 2 Views with borders around them you notice the Grid Column And Grid Row References in the code above the elements paste them into your theme and overwrite the files make copies of the originals first. PlatformWheel1FiltersView.xaml WheelGamesView.xaml
  17. @MerlinArcade read the above post there is no need to create new views just copy default theme or what ever theme you are working on and change to that in BigBox the views i mentioned are inside the Theme folder in the Views Folder.
  18. @MerlinArcade By your options page you are also on the Default Theme, you should never change the Default Theme, instead you should make a copy of the default theme and paste it in the Theme Folder. Then you should open up BigBox/OptionsPage/ClickOnView and then click on Default to change to The Default Copy and work on that instead, always make a copy of any theme you want to change and then open that Theme in BigBox.
  19. @MerlinArcade from your above screenshots your Game List View is set on Vertical Wheel 1 which is equal to WheelGamesView.xaml, and your Platform List View is on Platform Wheel 1 which is equal to PlatformWheel1FiltersView.xaml. The very first page you see when you open up BigBox is the one of the Platform Views you have then to click on one of the platforms ie:arcade nintendo etc in order to see the Game View. There are different views for both Platforms and Games. In your Options page you can change the views by clicking on Views then scrolling down to the Platform List View and clicking on it the same with the Game List View. The code works here is a screenshot of a view i just tried it on, note the white border around the Coverflow also remember for the different items you must change in the code their Column and or Row's reference.
  20. Thanks again an i do enjoy these platform logos they really shine.
  21. @ea4492 Thanking you very much excellent work as usual KUDOS
  22. @Jason Carr Just test drove the new beta, no problems thus far super snappy, i left it on attract mode Nes for the last 5 minutes background Video on as well as game videos, background music on as well as chrome running in the background no crashes working great on an Intel core 2 Duo E7300 @2.66 GHz running Windows 7 64bit. KUDOS love the new options.
  23. Not at the moment as we would end up with a large black area above and below the background video's and artwork's, as this is a vertical theme for vertical monitors it is up to the user to source Vertical Videos and Artwork themselves at the moment, however i will be revisiting the theme in a few weeks and will try and see if i can do a workaround to sort this out, i may well at that time decide to create a completely new Vertical theme that will allow the user to use normal artwork and video instead i haven't decided yet as i am currently working on 2 new themes at the moment.
