also... if you are not going to make anymore nostalgia videos you should make colorful videos with the platform on the right side of the screen in 16:9 and another one with platforms in 4:3 so we can use them on older themes that recomend using the nostagia videos

Are you talking about BigCouch theme? This one deserves a total rewrite from scratch. Maybe I'll do a version for Nostalgia and for Colorful.-

@Chro Strange that this problem persists.
The display of colors in the theme is not generated by videos, but by a plugin developed by @eatkinola.In : "LaunchBox\Themes\Colorful - Light\Plugins\Ao.Bigbox.Themer.v3_9_7a\AssemblyConfig " have you this two files :
- Ao.Bigbox.Themer.v3_9_7a.dll.config
- Ao.Bigbox.Themer.v3_9_7a-Colors.dll.configIn : "LaunchBox\Themes\Colorful - Light\Plugins " Are all the plugins unlocked?
(right clic on eatch plugin, clic "unlocked")Or a PC reboot ??

I would first like to pass the theme to v.1.0
I only have a few details to finalize these views.The next BIG part, will be all these playlist/variants video around arcade cabinet. (Standard automatic playlist + common cabinet)

Yes, I took the EmuMovies video snaps. I put all of my sources online. You can modify them with AfterEffect for example.

1) The thread is on the download page, button "Get Support". Here is a direct link. The idea is to centralize everything related to COLORFUL video set creation.
2) For arcade cabinet, difficult (impossible?) to find the right photo to do the editing. So I recreated them completely in 3D. So I created a PSD file that we can customize to multiply any basic Arcade visual. For graphics/design sources to set up, I have no better lead than Google Image or any DIY Arcade Cabinet forums.

@Pixelpiper @Darklight It is not so simple to make responsive for BigBox. I mean design side. On the code side, it's simple.
You can simply test my theme by deactivating the lock 16:9
In theme folder, open ThemeSettings.xml with a simple text editor.
Find this line :
<Force16X9AspectRatio>true</Force16X9AspectRatio>
And change to :
<Force16X9AspectRatio>false</Force16X9AspectRatio>No guarantee!
But I will be curious about the result. Post screens! -

It's pretty easy to change. Since I don't use this option, it may be integrated in BigBox option (?) Otherwise, you can simply change the code.

Yes, Futur Pinball Platform Video is planned. But I don't know when! I will probably need some help from the community for the Pinball emulator gameplay videos. For me, it's important to have a BIG BoxArt, even if the video is a little hidden. But making it disappear slowly seems to me a good compromise. I add it to my ToDO!Yes, I know I haven't posted an update for a while. I am really sorry !
But it's been almost 2 months that I am in quarantine, at home, managing 2 young children (3 + 2) and a full-time job from my living room. It's very hard ! I really do my best.
Here is an overview of my ToDo, to give you an idea of what comming next:- Theme: Integration of the update of the Eatkinola plugin / Generalization of all my optimization tests, on all views.
- Theme: Split in 2 independent versions: Light & Dark / Finalization of all views in these 2 versions.
- Source: Finalization of tutorials and posting of a new topic, with 100% of the source files of my videos already produced. (It's a big job to set up)
- Video: Pause the theme a bit, to produce new platform videos.

The small arrows are there to signify the direction of the Platforms or the Games Wheel scroll. Some themes are horizontal, others vertical.

Guys, this is great. Really !
But I would like to avoid multiple sources (tread) to download the videos. It becomes a mess and it is not clear for new users.
For this purpose, I'm preparing a upload of all my sources + a tutorial on the guidlines.
The idea is to have only 2 topics on the forum:- The current video topic : We will find all mine, but also all yours. With your credit. 1 single place to download everything.
- Futur sources topic : There will be all my sources, and yours. I'll do a quick tutorial on guidline and my workflow. You will post your work in progress there and I could come and give advice and tips. The choice of color is very important, because for my theme, it should not change for the same platform.
There may be several versions of the same video.
I really do my best to put it all in place quickly !! I promise!
Be patient and all possible help is welcome! ? ?-
