  1. I think I'm right in saying that coverflow uses more gpu than cpu? Please correct me if I'm wrong. So I would say your graphics card is the week link with those specs. Y ou could try another view and see if its any quicker.
  2. It might just be worth you getting the bios to be honest.
  3. Well I just downloaded bsnes mercury accuracy to test, and it works fine for me.
  4. Yes different core, if you go that route you will have to manage your emulator to point to the new core.
  5. Yes bsnes accuracy requires bios to run Mario Kart. If that is a issue then use snes9x, it doesn't need bios for Mario Kart.
  6. Hi just seen that Retroarch is being ported to DOS!! lol. https://www.libretro.com/index.php/retroarch-1-4-1-progress-report-ms-doswindows-9xwindows-2k/
  7. Yeah I could never do this either in retroarch, retroarch wont let you map buttons to stick or vice versa.
  8. This does not work currently when you already have your platform imported. You will have to do a whole new import for neo geo pocket color. When checked for a new import it will import (jap) and (eur) under one game entry.
  9. You will need to delete your pocket color games first then do a new import.
  10. Ah good point!! I see why they are separate now, they are named slightly different. Pitfall 2 (1984) (Activision) (PAL) [!] and Pitfall II - Lost Caverns (1984) (Activision) [!] So it looks like its a 2 vs a II issue.
  11. @Jason Carr, just a little thing I have noticed, I have the "skip game details screen" checked so that my games launch without seeing that screen, I do have it set to the back button on my controller though so it's there if I need it. So is there any way you could add a prompt when I launch a game just before the "now loading" box to choose the version I want to run without having to head to that screen first to launch a game? It's just that it's a extra step needed when most games wont have other versions anyway. No worries if that seems too much work for the outcome, I can always turn that screen back on I just prefer it off personally. Just a thought.
  12. That pick two and right click is a great idea, it could even be used for game series, for example highlight super Mario bros 1, 2, and 3 combine then rename to Mario bros nes series or similar. You could then favorite that game and all nes Mario games would be at the start of your list under one umbrella game.
  13. @Jason Carr, Excellent!! I have just re-imported my Atari 2600 games which I had previously deleted because that section was a mess, so many duplicates. It is now a lot cleaner with abut 450 games instead of about 2000. However I do have a few duplicate still and I'm not sure why, see attached screenshot. You'll notice I have Pitfall 2 twice even though the name is identical, it's not the only one though any ideas? Thanks for a great update as usual though.
  14. ok fine I wouldn't use a third party myself but each to there own.
  15. I am going to disagree with Brad here, only ever get your drivers from the official site. DO NOT USE A THIRD PARTY PROGRAM.
  16. all your roms are probably .md which would be right mega drive that's what it was everywere except the usa.
  17. its been a long time since I used fusion and cant remember if it likes zips or not. general rule of thumb though unzip always.
  18. although I would recommend to unzip them all. you wont lose hardly any space anyway'
  19. well if they are all the same ie zipped or unzipped' and some work some don't then I would say you have a bad pack' have you tried a different emu?
  20. unzip one of them and see if it works' are they working outside of launchbox?
  21. NEIL 9000 on steam and xbox NEIL9000 on psn
  22. That being said I would love to stack different versions of games and choose which to launch, pal vs ntsc etc., I'm looking forward to the feature being implemented
