  1. Hey Claudio, the disc was a picture grabbed originally as it is from the web, I only removed some circled text, made the transparencies and added the scummvm logo.

You can simply slide the hue in PS and change the yellow color to the one you want :)

This is related to youtube and it was fixed months ago, I tried the onelick with Audit window and it works so I couldn't reproduce the error.

Do you have the latest plugin version? Make sure to delete all entries from previous version and use separate folders for each plugin installed.

Thanks for the quick reply. I believe I have the last revision, nevertheless I will redownload it.

The above scenario I got the error, I managed to get a couple of videos downloaded, and then it brought the message, so maybe it has to do with specific videos, idk.

Will check and let you know if I encounter further issues. Thanks.

  3. Hey @srxz, how are you? Hope you had a wonderful Christmas eve :)

I tried using the OneClick Download option for a bulk of videos in the Audit window, and got the below:

That wasn't my comment - it seems there is no place for the gameplay videos IN the theme (at least in the demo vid it's all static images?)

Ah, I see what you mean. I haven't used the theme so don't know, but might be fairly easy to just change the gameplay screenshot with the video path. Don't know for sure though.

This looks amazingly beautiful. Would use this but seems lacking gameplay videos... if you could add then it's a shoo in :)

Gameplay videos do not come with themes; you need to get them either from Emumovies or your preferred provider :)

In terms of the design, I think I probably agree with you, but I do like the pink colour of the grid in the background I'm using; for me is matches the red writing of the theme a little better than the blue.

I can process the grid video and change blue for any other color. Do you want red, pink, violet?

Thank you so much, I will get back to you with the other odd resolutions as I get through them, using these with Unified just makes a perfect console experience to me :)

Glad to help. And wait until Fade/Loading is implemented in BB; with these bgs and a proper system logo+loading text you wont even see the transition between BB and the emu.

That will be great! Just because of the OCD to have them all unfied haha, I'll come back to here sometime with the screenshots, I'll try and get them all together over time to save annoying you, thanks again

No worries :) I don't mind helping out, is just that I have other ongoing projects atm, so any help you can provide will speed up the process enormously.

OCD is a pain in the *head*. I have a mild one but luckily I am finding ways into tricking it, and BB helps in terms that missing media is not so visible right away with all the remaining bells and whistles on screen.

Erm, off the top of my head, VB/GB/GBC/GBA. Theres probably a few more that are not 4:3 nativly :(

Ah, I see. I use handhelds with the actual system image as the overlay, not the unified ones.

Do me a favor and make a print screen of each system running so I can get their aspect ratio and work with those screens as base, and then will send your way the unified bgs with that game space trimmed.

Thank you so much for these! they have made my Unified setup look legit

Any chance of doing some aspect ration corrections to the systems that were not 4:3 as standard? Would make this set perfect as I now want them on all my systems XD

    Welcome :)

Which systems are you referring to? If they are a couple, I don't mind doing it.

A very nice theme, clean, simple, and pretty. Only thing I would like to see is a dark theme for the unified hyperspin theme. N64, Snes, genesis, those are nice and dark backgrounds. But things like wii and DS, they're so bright, would be nice to have a dark version.

You can easily manipulate the background images of the theme and either inverse them or substitute them for the ones you like :)

    too hyperspinny ?

It was built on purpose taking that into account and reimagining the Unified HS collab.

As a theme (be it "hyperspinny" or not) it is a great creation, and it took a lot of thinkering to achieve its current state and features.

  10. Finally I was able to test it properly. Great job; easy, fast and headache free. Thank you :)

    Recommendations:

    • When you select the one click downloader, which awesomely asks you to add the desired keyword, make the ENTER key to act as "Search" as well.
    • A progress bar, or even a popup stating that the download was finished would be a great addition, so the user knows whether to go for the next one, or close LB or do anything else. If you even add an option to "Go to the folder" in the finished popup, that would be even better.
    • The video got stored as a webm file. I know that youtube outputs with that format, and LB/BB can read in that format as well, but if the file could be renamed to mp4, would be great.

Thank you for this great plugin!

EDIT: Just did an Audit using this plugin. Incredible! I got some files as mp4 and some as webm, so IDK :)

Hey guys if anyone is having problems with these overlays not showing even with the .cfg file, remove any and all spaces in the file name of the .png file AND inside the .cfg file. So for example instead of Atari 2600.png, rename it to Atari2600.png and make sure inside the .cfg file, it also says Atari2600.png.

Thank you! I will add a note in the file about this.
