  1. That’s good , but now you have an easy way to debug visually
  2. Add a text element to the view and change the constant value to the following this will show the file name and you can determine if you have the file name or not {Binding Path=Text, ElementName=UserDefinedVideo2ImageFile}
  3. You can do a few things, 1. You can display the path name associated with the user defined element , this will enable you to determine if the file exists in your folder 2. Add an element like a rectangle to the screen, then define visibility conditioning to it, set it to visible but collapse it if the user defined file name is not found, this too will determine if you have the videoed in your folder
  4. zip up your published theme from the launchbox/themes folder and send to me directly
  5. And when you restarted bigbox was lv 101 ok?
  6. What theme were you in when you were downloading this one?
  7. i did some experimenting myself. if i turned off (deleted) the animations associated with all the UI Elements the UI wouldn't stutter so much, once i switched from integrated graphics to my secondary GPU (laptop) things started to move more fluidly. Are you running your PC with integrated graphics?
  8. Wow! I wouldn’t compare the initial release with the current, they are almost 2 totally different applications but to answer your question. The latest release and for some time now has been rendering images at a high quality setting versus performance
  9. With 1.0.8.8? I could understand it with 1.0.8.6 or 1.0.8.7 it might be useful if you can capture this slowdown in video form, thanks no UI halting on my laptop even when it’s running on power save (battery only)
  10. fixed a ton of issues, issues i had introduced in 1.0.8.5 and 1.0.8.6 and for that I am truly sorry.
  11. with 1.0.8.6 i just added another radio button to allow the next image/gif/video to be displayed when you select a platform or game
  12. @Rincewind wanted another property added to allow the next image/gif/video to be presented when selecting a platform or game plus i fixed 1 major memory leak in the new image control and a minor memory leak in the video control
  13. Impressive Themes, clearly a lot of time and effort went into each and every one of them and all done using software that is incomplete ?
  14. Welcome ? sometimes i forget too when transferring builds to my desktop for testing, so ive seen this same error a few times. no harm no foul
