Made this as an alt background for the wonderful City Hunter 2 Theme by @keltoigael which can be found here:
simply rename this video to Background.mp4 and place in dir : Themes\CityHunter 2\Videos
remember to backup original video or rename to Background.mp4.bak

Game preservation is a passion of mine. I have been preserving Roms for well over 30 years.
These are works of art , just like movies . If we lost classic movies like "The wizard of oz" forever,future generations would lose a piece of history.
We are protecting these Games and celebrate the diverse and awe inspiring joy that they have given us.

i use mess standalone with .col files
so i dont see how mame won't work as it is just mess intergrated
coleco cartridge (cart) .rom .col .bin
so your commandline is correct
