Btw, these Dynasty Warriors games are really cool but why do they make so many of them? lol Are they even that popular? And they really dont change much from one game to the next. Not too tricky, just a bit time consuming. I really appreciate your guys time. Thank You. Photoshop doesn't make .svg files. You're going to need someone that works with Illustrator or another vector based program.
