Go to Tools>Manage>Manage Emulators>MAME and look at the command line there will be a artwork crop section there, delete it and try again.

This worked - that was extremely helpful, thanks!

My set up has a portrait-aligned monitor and the only bezel I'm seeing has Zip zap at the top. What am I doing wrong?

I don't understand can you give more details and screenshots?

This is what I see for almost every game I run. Sometimes I don't see any bezel at all. I'm sure there's some setting I'm missing. Running BAM.

You are using a vertical display, bezels are for a standard 16:9 display, so these will not work for you.

Your bezels are top-notch! but would you be able to publish a set without the scratches? I understand the desire to look realistic but even some original cabinets are in good shape to this day without screen scratches. The reflections are fine, the scratches are distracting.

As he has stated several times to other users, that would require completely remaking the entire set, so highly unlikely that will happen. He made the bezels how he wants and made them available to anybody to use, or not, up to them.

completely remaking the entire set,

Thanks for the info. I was hoping it was something as simple as creating a batch process in Photoshop to render the images without the scratches layer:  a 5 minute endeavor.

Nope if it where that simple I would certainly have added it to the project.
