tcarp
Hello All - I have converted a 12-1 Arcade 1up control deck to USB for use with Mame -which is working great with Glen's replacement spinner and USB interface card. I would like to control big box with them. Is this possible? I enabled mouse support and I can move the mouse button cursor with them, but not what I was hoping for. Trackball is supported since it is just a mouse and you need buttons mapped to "click" with. Spinner support is something that gets brought up once in a blue moon and has been on the preliminary polls but never gets enough interest to get to the main feature request polls. tcarp
Thanks - I thought it would be cool to navigate the big box menu with the spinner/trackball. Guess I will assign buttons for it.
Lordmonkus
Maybe more support will get added for it at some point but it really is such a niche thing since most people have joysticks in the control panels as well, rarely does anyone just have a spinner and / or a trackball only. jaceroni
I too would like this feature added. Hyperspin allows it and it's fun to spin or roll through the list.

Corgan
Aww man, too bad this isn't supported yet. I'm migrating from GameEx which does support spinner/trackball scrolling and it is so useful. You can really rip past games and quickly hone in on the one you want with precision. That will probably be the feature I miss the most. Drakkorcia
I have a modified 12-in-1 cabinet and can navigate Bigbox with my trackball, spinner, or joysticks. Go to options, mouse, and enable it. This should allow all mouse devices to navigate the menu. I use buttons on the control panel for selection. The GRS products are all USB mouse connections. Beyond this, you can play with the mapping to achieve your desired navigational greatness.
TFoster
I think it would be sweet to add spinner support. It would make navigating the arcade list a blast. Please consider!
chainsaw39573
I come back here every so often just to request this feature.

moudrost
You might get more visibility with your request if you vote for it on the open ticket: https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/6377/spinner I know requests with high votes tend to get considered for feature polls.
