Leos Lounge Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Does the plugin support a separate, external Launchbox drive that is plugged into a current setup? After adding the plugin files to the Launchbox folder of the external drive, it doesn’t seem to add the third screen to the options drop down menu. The native setup is running 13.20 on third screen with no issues, the external drive is on 13.17 but can’t seem to get it going. Quote

Try an older version Expand @Leos Lounge This is correct. You'll either need to uprage LaunchBox to 13.19+ or downgrade ThirdScreen to 5.0.13. It shouldn't matter that the drive is external. Quote

Maybe try enabling debug logging in both LaunchBox and ThirdScreen settings and then send me both log files after hanging. Also, if you need to you can manually manage platform video marquees just by placing or removing the files in the following folders: LanchBox/Videos/Platforms/Marquee/<platform name>.<extension> LanchBox/Videos/Playlists/Marquee/<playlist name>.<extension> LanchBox/Videos/Platform Categories/Marquee/<platform category name>.<extension> Quote

Expand My antique test PC with no GPU will do that sometimes (Rarely. But sometimes). I've always been able to click Wait for the program to respond, exhibit a little patience in waiting (that means no clicking around on things and just wait), and shortly thereafter have LaunchBox continue as normal. 1 Quote
