Thanks. Do you mind linking me to the post? Also how will it remember that I bought the post? I'm pretty sure I've reinstalled windows since I last got it.

@y2guru I've downloaded the 3.3.1 update for CTT, and in the edit view the Elements Panel is constantly hidden. I try using Alt - Tab to bring it to the front but it disappears after flashing on screen for a second. It sometimes stays on screen but i'd say only in 1 out of 20 times.  I'm using Windows 10, it's fully updated and using the latest .NET version. Do you have any idea what it could be?

@y2guru I've figured out that it's whenever the mouse cursor hovers over a screen element and the blue square hughlights it, the Elements panel disappears behind the editor window. 

@y2guruOh right, I will do. Is that to see if the problem still persists or was it a known issue you fixed? Cheers either way, ill do that now.

@y2guru Hi, sorry mate i'm probably doing your head in at this point, but in my theme theres a video snap for the Nintendo DS and 3DS that used the video mirror for the bottom screen. I've noticed the option has been removed for the video mirror so I just used 'selected video item' again for the bottom screen. I know that adds a lot of performance overhead but it seemed like the only option. Anyway It all seemed to work inside the CTC preview and editor, but when I exported the theme to BigBox the bottom screen video didn't show. Is there a way to still use a video mirror or some other technique where showing both DS screen videos is possible? Thanks again.

Video mirror is gone, I noted that in 3.3 in patreon.   Add an image and set the image property to capture ui element, then select your selected item video

Can this application be used to edit existing theme elements? 

For instance, if I wanted to edit the text color or the way the clearart platform logo displays for the default theme, can I copy the default theme into the project folder and just change what I need? 

Have watched videos that all seem to demo how to make a theme, have tried to just copy the default theme as a test but it opens up as "empty theme". 

I'm not interested enough nor have time to go and design a whole theme but am looking for ways to just adjust a few elements of existing themes.

@y2guru  Will the new Game Progress status & new hybrid views be in the next update?

Can someone work on this simple startup theme to fix the broken image lookup when a game title has a dash like this:  Pitfall - The Mayan Adventure.  I've noticed any game that has a dash in the image file just shows a black screen.  But image file names that are just one or two words not separated by a dash, load up just fine.  Could someone edit this to maybe just match with the normal launchbox image file names or database id #'s that the CTC exports images as?

Were your images downloaded from the LaunchBox Games Database? Or did you add them to the folders yourself?  Does the game have an associated LBDB ID# in the metadata?

I ask because using your example, in the database its Title is Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure (with a colon and no dash).  And the image downloaded should be Pitfall_ The Mayan Adventure.png (where the colon is replaced with an underscore). 

Yes, these images were made with the community theme creator, using the fanart background images downloaded in launchbox.

The game does have a launchbox db id present within launchbox (9079).  I just tried it as you described (Pitfall_ The Mayan Adventure.png), and it was still a black screen for the startup screen.  I've tried the romname, the launchbox name with a dash, the launchbox name with the underscore now, and also the launchbox id number.  Always shows a black screen.  But all the other games for this platform (Sega 32X), the first one I'm trying this startup theme out on, work, as long as they are a game image file that doesn't involve a broken up name with any character.  So games like "After Burner", and "Mortal Kombat II" with the image name of "After burner.png", and "Mortal Kombat II.png", work.

I'm thinking that if someone could just edit the config xml to be able to reference and handle games with the underscore, or a dash for two-part names that would be amazing.

@JoeViking245any ideas? or know of anyone I could contact that might be able to make this start up theme match these types of titles better?

Looking deeper into this, even though the images were created with CTC, this is not a CTC issue and should be discussed elsewhere.
