Huge Mame Marquee Collection including many in 4K resolution 5.7

About This File

I use the awesome Bigbox function to display marquees on a secondary monitor. For years I've been collecting high res Mame arcade marquees from all over the internet and since the start of this project got huge help from people in the community to expand this collection, please see the credits below. Not all marquees are in 4K but many are, I've down scaled the resolution to max 3840 pixels wide and max 2160 pixels high and saved all in .jpg format for a good size and quality balance. This project includes Naomi and Atomiswave marquees as well as other arcade systems.

Can I also please add the official marquee Raiden Fighters 2, Area 51: Site 4 marquee, and high quality marquee Point Blank 2 that I found on the internet also? I also noticed that there is a white mark on the Japanese symbol and dragon for the marquee ddsomj.jpg. Thank you.

@JonnyModlin Thanks for the marquees, but please make sure there aren't any marquees you have send me before, many of these you've send me before and that means I have to check them one by one again.

But please do some research on the marquees you've send me before, I go through them one by one and look if I can find even better versions and then work on them one by one, you shouldn't keep sending me files you have send me before as I have to revert the process again and again so please only send me files you have not send me before from now on.

Thanks as always for all the marquees man! :) Can you please not upscale some images to 3840 pixels? I noticed this in the previous marquees you've uploaded, with some of the playchoice toppers for example. It's better for the image quality if you leave them at their original resolution, if possible I'll upscale them with A.I. for a better result, but not all images come out better with A.I. upscaling though. Thanks!

Yes all other marquees are great man, thanks! :) If its the Metal Slug 4 marquee that you've send before it's not needed but if you have a new higher quality version you can send it, no problem. 👍

Not to worry that I already sent the two different kinds of metal slug 4 marquees which is mslug4.jpg for black and mslug4h.jpg for yellow with snk and playmore with my 125 marquees as of August 11, 2023 as a zip folder. I have 44 marquees for Other Marquees I found as of August 16, 2023 folder as a zip. I noticed that the marquees have scratches and damages for Strider which is strider.jpg, Shadow Dancer which is shdancer.jpg in Marquee Collection Update 2.7. I found a better and high quality version of Virtua Cop 3 Marquee with animated violence sticker as of August 16 on the internet. Thank you.

I have fixed up some damages on the stider marquee but the other marquees you've mentioned: TNMT and Shadow Dancer have minimal damage and i'm not gonna fix that. This project is purely ment for people to see a marquee while they play in the best possible quality, but there it ends, I don't mind to fix up some small spots here and there but If marquees should be spotless clean that is something for an arcade shop that sells marquees to customers, I understand they have to be spotless in that case.

I noticed that there are some damages on Mercs marquee which is mercs.jpg, Land Sea Air Squad marquee is chopped and cut off for the top and left side and missing some things for top and left side along with damages which is lsasquad.jpg, there are damages and dirty marks on Pig Out marquee which is pigout.jpg in Marquee Collection Update 2.7. I also want to say thank you for uploading Bust A Move Ex Again full dedicated marquee on neo geo marquees update 1.5 and it looked great. I have 13 marquees for Other Marquees I found as of August 17, 2023 folder as a zip. Thank you.

I also noticed that outzone marquee has lots of scratches, twin eagle II marquee has damages and scratches, Treasure Hunt has damages and scratches, Two Tigers marquee has damages and scratches, Super Strike has a blue line on the marquee, Polaris marquee has damages, Pac-Mania marquee has lights and sticker removal, M.I.A. (Missing In Action) marquee has some damages, Lost Tomb marquee has lots of damages, Loco Motion marquee has lots of damages and scratches, Police 911 2 marquee has some white mark damages, Kick Rider marquee has a scratch mark damage, Gimme A Break marquee has some damages, Boxing Bugs marquee has damages, Bowling Alley marquee has more damages and scratches, Galactica has some damages on the marquee, Frenzy marquee has more damages, Crater Raider marquee has some damages, Off Road Track Pak marquee has green line, TNK III marquee has damages and scratches in marquee collection update 2.7.  Thank you.

Jon please go through the entire collection and take notes in a text editor or something, then format as this example:

1. Outzone, outzone.jpg scratches and/ or damages.

2. Simpsons, simpsons.jpg scratches.

And so on.

Please go through the entire collection once and write it down as the example above and then upload the text file or copy and paste it into a post here. It's better to have one long list with all the information rather than multiple posts each day with a list without line breaks, it makes it easier for me to work with. Thanks for understanding, and please take your time even if it takes weeks that is okay. The marquees you've mentioned in your above posts don't need to be on that new list anymore as I've taken notes already.

Thanks for the list, just so we understand eachother this is the only list of touch ups i'm gonna do and I will only do small fixes. Lost Tombs for example is so badly damaged it would take days to recover and since we're not an arcade shop it'll have to do as it is.
