I don't have any problems running the .txt files in LaunchBox.

In LaunchBox you have to go to manage emulators and edit Retroarch, then the associated platforms. I guess you have one entry for Nintendo 64, using some core, like mupen64? Add another Nintendo 64 entry but this time attach the parallel64 core, see on the picture that mupen64 is still my default. When you are now back in your games list, right click the game, select launch with, then RetroArch and then the parallel64 core.

I have the problem with the mupen64 core but it's fine with the parallel core.

Use renaming software (I use Advanced Renamer) and put the version number between brackets like AlienBreed (v1.3 0998), then it's fine. I even went through the process of renaming my WHDLoad files completely, so it has even the correct name like Alien Breed (v1.3 0998), with spacing.

For PSX you can also merge multi disc iso or pbp files into one big single pbp file instead of having multiple files, using psx2psp tool.

You can check the video driver you're using and change it. In ReroArch go to Settings - Drivers - Video and there you can change it. You can try the vulcan or glcore f.ex.

Could you perhaps just use "Patientez" instead of "Veuillez patienter" and for "à partir de" you could use "avec".

I just want to export one single game from MAME. I select the game, go to tools and click on export to Android. Now it lets me chose "export the 1 selected game only", I click on that, remove all media download and export. What does it do, it exports the whole MAME library. Tried 2-3 times with the same result.

Which audio driver do you use in RetroArch? I use xaudio. Try changing the driver to something else to see if it stops the crackling. -
I’m going through the same process at the moment as that platform was old and at the time not many games were supported. I do it manually plus i have to do it basically twice as I’m also installing it on my ROG Ally using RetroBat which launches the games via m3u files.

I’m using Vice Versa Pro since over 15 years. Been totally happy with it. Although it’s not free.

I went once through every single MAME game to make a favorites list, boy was that a task, but also very funny to do, that way you get to know all the games. I never found a compilation, would also rather be difficult as everybody has different favorites.

Do they run with another core? PSX ReArmed or Swanstation (Duckstation core).

It's always the others 😄 Fortunately Yuzu gets updated quite regularly, that might solve the problem.

I know that you can put whatever link you want, that's what I usually do, but I don't want it to say Wikipedia when it's clearly not.

I always liked that idea, being able to use customizable fields. I made once a request in BitBucket to be able to add customizable fields for the URL fields, there's only one for Video and one for Wikipedia, I would like to change the name f.ex. to Hack that would point you to the ROM Hack site instead of Wikipedia.

The D-Pad is absolutely fine to play Mario and Co. I would never use the analog stick for retro stuff, I meant mainly for fighting games because a lot of people are always testing D-Pads with fighting games which I don't play at all, so I cannot comment on that.

The D-Pad is fine, for me, don't know what you expect, but I'm not using it so much, don't play fighting games almost at all. It could definitely be better meaning if they would not have used this "circle" but just 4 single buttons, don't know what it's called. I know that the D-Pad is very important for a lot of people, but not for me, so I don't really pay attention to it.

My 2TB 2230 should arrive today, after that I can attack 😄 Although in 3 days my girlfriend's sister, husband and kids come to us on holiday from Finland, so I'm not gonna have much time to get into it, but I'm gonna let you know how it works out.
