We have monitoring systems we can utilize to keep track of the going ons in the DB, but we do rely on the community to come to us when there are problems as well. I reviewed several recent moderations and didn't see many that would ever raise a red flag. I do think more information could be potentially given than "Not", "Nop", "No", etc. though. That being said I can understand some of the moderators frustrations given how obviously wrong many of these submissions are. For example I reviewed several mod actions where "Poster" was the reason given and almost all of them was because an image was uploaded as something OTHER than the Poster image type the image belonged to. 600x900 images are pretty much exclusively Steam Posters and NOT Box - Front images (which is where a large number of those submissions were trying to place them). They were correctly identified as bad submissions and rejected because of it.
