  1. As many of you have discovered, RetroAchievement login/functionality is currently down within LaunchBox. This is because RetroAchievements had to take the public API down for a few a bit to help relieve the strain of increased traffic caused by their Dolphin launch. You can still earn achievements from your emulators, we just can't use their API to see it and adjust your library accordingly until this has been brought back up. We are in contact with their team and will update you as we are updated. Once the API is up again you may want to manually scan for achievements to update the library so that any playlists/badges update accordingly. Will give more instructions on how to do so once we know the API has returned. Both the LaunchBox and RetroAchievements want to thank you for your patience in the matter.
  2. Start by doing the steps provided above. Remove Columns from the FlowControl for example and see if that helps.
  3. Screenshot of what you're seeing would help as well.
  4. That ItemSpacing property can be manipulated to make the spacing match what you need. First number is horizontal gap, second is vertical.
  5. Post right above yours states they did. Or do you mean complete the theme?
  6. Only thing I could think of trying is to go to Options and look in the controller section. Make sure to DISABLE the "Use All controllers" options. To make this work we have to poll your computer for new devices regularly which can cause some delays on some machines for unknown reasons. Typically we hear about stuttering mouse pointers, not sure I've heard of input delay ever being caused by the app though. Let me know if changing it solves it so I can leave a note for the team should this come up again.
  7. Create a playlist with the following rule: Series - Equal To - Sonic the Hedgehog. Then assign that series values to the games you want in the playlist. You can take a look at my metadata thread and use my data to assign series/franchise to your games which should also help in the endeavor.
  8. Not really sure what you mean. Both the sidebar tree and the platform details view is different in my theme compared to default already.
  9. Literally every time some one ever has reported that a delete item has magically returned the user has had files in their data folder that do not belong. In your \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms folder make sure you have ONE file per platform and don't have anything in there that says "copy" or "-backup". If those files are there move them out or delete them.
  10. Feel free to respond in your native tongue. People can use their favorite translation service to adjust to theirs. That being said it'd be easier if you took a picture and then drew on it showing what differences you're asking to correct. In the middle picture for example I can see that the indent on the tree is smaller, and the tree doesn't use icons. I can also see you're using a different image group. I have no idea if one, both, or none of those things are the part you're having a problem with.
  11. Can you ensure that read-only isn't set on the Plugins folder? If it's not could you paste the contents of the manifest.json file found in \\LaunchBox\Plugins\Dolphin?
  12. Should be corrected with this last push, let us know if you still see it @MJF
  13. We put the ID back and have pushed changes to stop that from happening again. Thanks for the heads up!
  14. Not at this time. Different fields entries are joined with AND similar field entries are joined with OR. There is no way presently to manipulate that.
  15. I grabbed a bunch and will take a look after done for the day. It's much appreciated though. Backgrounds (especially for retro content) are always a bit hard to come by. To have packs so complete is pretty awesome. Thanks for sharing them with us!
  16. When you first select that sidebar filter you should be asked to rescan your games for missing media. If you're not seeing it swap to a different sidebar filter and go back then to Games missing media. If you still don't see it then run an audit on your library, and then go to the sidebar filter. Audit should update the flags as well.
  17. No idea how a theme would cause a BSOD. I assure you that you're the first I've ever heard having this issue with any theme let alone this one. Quick google search suggests you have some drivers potentially causing the issue according to the bug check code. I'd update everything and see if that helps.
  18. Most of the time we've seen reports like this from laptop owners with a build like yours the issue was discovered to be that the laptop was using the integrated graphics card instead of the dedicated one to render Big Box. I don't recall the exact steps on how to ensure that the dedicated GPU is used, but I'd assume it'd be an easy thing to search for.
  19. Wasn't an issue to this beta/version but I took a look and was able to replicate/correct. The correction should appear in the next version.
  20. Primary folders to consider saving are: Data (contains information on all library data, in your case it sounds like this ISN'T needed since you want to start over) Images (is the default path for all images stored in the app. I'd delete any subfolder starting with the word "cache" before moving over. Also run Cleanup Media tool after you re-import your platforms) Videos (same as above but for videos) Emulators (only if you installed portable emulators to this folder and don't want to lose your configurations) Games (only if you moved ROMs to this folder) LBThemes (any LB themes you want to use in the new build) Themes (and BB themes you want to use in the new build)
  21. Yeah, was hoping that a scrape as was missing. Not sure how you're seeing what you are given we look explicitly for eboot.bin files. I assume the Import wizard you're showing is after pressing the "Scan for Added Games" and not a manual import?
  22. You didn't make a copy of the Windows.xml file and leave it in that folder by chance did you? The issues you're running into sounds like the type of issue that occurs when there is a backup/copy file in the data folder. If there is you need to move it out of the folder and then try again.
  23. You can just copy the platform file from \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms from one build to another. Then copy the image folder from one build to another (\\LaunchBox\Images\Comics). Do this with LaunchBox closed. Then start it up.
