  1. Thanks @Morbidmetal85. Where is it crashing exactly? What part of the process?
  2. Thanks, that would be really good to know.
  3. Ugh. That's odd, because I did all my testing for this version specifically on an LG G5. I'll review your report.
  4. FYI, the 0.30 update is now live.
  5. And the update is live.
  6. Also, @ed20910, it's probably worth running Windows Update all the way in case Microsoft happened to fix a related bug.
  7. I'm doing some further testing on my end. It may indeed be that update, but I'm almost certain that it's not affecting most systems, which makes it even more difficult to pinpoint and fix. I'll do some further testing on the machines that I have. Unfortunately, these are characteristically .NET crashes, which typically don't give me anything useful to go by to fix the issue. If it is what I think it is (a Windows or .NET glitch), sadly there may not be much I can do at all. I assume it's crashing to the desktop without any errors being reported on screen?
  8. Hey all, I just uploaded version 0.30 to the Play Store, and I'm hoping that it will fix some stability issues on some devices with the imports. It's not live yet, but Google should be making it live in a few hours or so. If anyone was running into stability issues with the imports, hopefully this will solve it (let me know).
  9. Hi guys, I just uploaded version 0.30 to the Play Store with some hopeful fixes for this. It will take Google a few hours to make the update live, but once it goes live, if you can test to see if it fixes the issue for you, I'd appreciate it. I'll do my best to update this thread once it goes live.
  10. I'll do some testing to confirm, but unfortunately I'm guessing it's related to driver updates or Windows updates. Do see if you have any driver updates available.
  11. Yeah, if you're already on VLC, then you probably won't want to switch to WMP. Do you have the same issue with other themes?
  12. Are you running Windows Media Player or VLC for your video playback engine? I have recently seen Microsoft introduce stability issues with Windows Media Player in recent updates.
  13. Hi guys, I'm currently working through these issues. The problem seems to be happening only on specific devices. @Mhunter314 Where in the process is it crashing?
  14. This is probably an issue with launching the .cue file vs. the .bin file. You'll have to make sure that the .cue file is being launched in order to launch the game properly. Not sure why the extracting process would be failing though...what type of archives are they?
  15. Yes, just to confirm, you can upgrade even an expired license. You wouldn't want to renew an expired license for another year though, because it will just add a year on to the end of the expired date.
  16. Thanks, I'll get those fixed up for the next release.
  17. Sounds like it's likely running out of resources (RAM). I have some more optimizations I can do to help, but see if you can close out of other apps first. I tried to look up specs on that GPD XD+, but it seems there are several models with that moniker, so I'm not sure which one you have. When did you purchase it? Do you know the specific model?
  18. Ah, I see. That's good to know. I've added .fcs to the list of file extensions to exclude from imports.
  19. Sorry to hear. Sadly it sounds like something is corrupted with the .NET install, but I can't say for sure. It also could be caused by a background app. So the first thing I would try is closing down everything that's running in the background.
  20. Yes, it's all coming soon. We're developing the Android app as quickly as we can currently.
  21. @willkills We will be adding support for different emulators and cores per game here soon.
  22. I'll see if I can add a forced timeout to those downloads so that at least it doesn't hold up the entire process in that case. But I'm fairly certain that there's some kind of Internet connection issue that is causing those downloads to fail. Unfortunately I don't have a solution for you in the mean time, other than to maybe try a different Internet connection.
  23. Strange. I've tested with my Shield TV a million times, so I'm at a loss on that one. It has to be the Internet connection then I would figure. Does it actually crash or does it just sit there on that screen? Does it ever time out?
  24. What device are you using? It's possible that you have some ROMs that are corrupted or not working properly (or didn't transfer properly to your device). That would be my guess, from what you're describing.
  25. It should pick up the other folder once you have actual data in it. It needs to find at least one platform before it will pick up the secondary folder.
