After reviewing this and testing everything, I believe this is working as it always has, though I agree that it's a bit confusing. When a game is added to the database, for example, there are actually many different "change" records included in that moderation process. There's a change for each field, basically (game title, ESRB, developers, publishers, etc.). So in the database, that's represented as a moderation for each change, even though you may have only clicked the Accept or Reject button once. Some moderations (like game deletions) will only increase the value by one, but others may add quite a bit more to the value. So "Total Moderations" is not "total times the button was pressed". It's more "total actual moderated changes to the database, including each and every field". I believe it always worked that way, but I can't say whether there were bugs previously that may have affected that number.
