As far as I'm concerned this is the OFFICIAL startup video. It should come with BigBox as the default!
  1. Hi I think this is a looooong shot, since I can't find anything on this subject via Google, but does anyone know if it's possible to apply Pokes to games in Fuse running on Retroarch? I've recently made the switch from Spectaculator and have realised this feature seems to be missing. cheers!
  2. I've noticed recently that launching any SNES game running on Snes9x (1.53) via BigBox causes slowdown issues, resulting in choppy sound and slightly slower performance. Closing BigBox immediately fixes the issue and launching the games via LaunchBox is fine. @BigDigg also mentioned a similar problem when running the Snes9x core in RetroArch, which seems like too much of a coincidence. I couldn't say exactly when the issue started, but I hadn't noticed it prior to December (although I hadn't been playing many SNES games). I've tried older versions of Snes9x and different BigBox themes, but still have the same hit on performance. Is anyone else experiencing the same?
  3. Hi I've been trying to get this to work, but I'm clearly not doing it right. How does that line containing the 'StringFormat=N1' go into the DataTrigger line at the top of the thread?
  4. Does anyone know how to change the rating stars to display the new community rating instead of the personal rating? I've tried simply subbing 'CommunityStarRating' in place of 'StarRating' in the xaml file, but it doesn't seem to work. Something to do with the decimal values, i'm guessing, although personal star ratings just seem to get rounded down in the theme.
  5. I've also noticed slowdown and sound issues with snes9x (1.53) when launched through Bigbox (not using retroarch). Closing the Bigbox window fixes the issue immediately. I've only noticed this in the last week or so, but I've not played a snes game in a while so I couldn't be certain when it started.
  6. I was wondering this too. I've not had any update emails since June and was starting to get paranoid I'd been left out!
  7. Bizarrely, Stella 4.5 has suddenly started working fine through LaunchBox. I accidentally launched a game that was still associated with 4.5 and it fired up no problem. I've since reassociated the rest of the 2600 ROMs with 4.5 and they're all working fine! Very strange. Thanks anyway!
  8. Hi I've been using Launchbox on one of my PCs for quite a while now (since it's the best launcher ever!) and have been running my Atari 2600 games just fine using Stella 3.0 (32-bit). I recently installed Launchbox on a new PC and decided to refresh my emulators to the latest versions, so I downloaded and installed Stella 4.5 (64-bit). However, after associating all my Atari ROMs with the new version of Stella, they just don't seem to want to launch. Stella itself works fine, and it launches my ROMs fine, but when I launch a game through Launchbox my PC just sits there. Nothing happens. No error message, no running in the background, just nothing. I double and triple-checked all my Launchbox settings, and they all match what I had on my other PC. So, I copied and pasted my old Stella 3.0 folder wholesale onto my new PC, and selected its .exe as the emulator for one of the Atari 2600 games on my new PC and it worked instantly. It's no biggie, since I can just continue to use the older version of Stella, but I thought it was really odd that Launchbox can't launch games with Stella 4.5. I feel like I've missed something really obvious (it's been known )! Is it something to do with it being a 64-bit version, perhaps? Should I try the 32-bit version, maybe?
