Honestly, DX12 is just not worth it right now, too few games have implemented the API and only Ashes of Singularity has made a full implementation. In my opinion is not going to be worth it (for gaming) to upgrade until there is a substantial amount of DX12 and Win Store exclusive games, and for me that is going to take at least 2 years from now. There are still DX9 games being released these days... But if a person wants to upgrade because of non gaming reasons I don't have any argument to make against that.

I just downloaded metadata for 426 games and I want to thank everyone contributing at the Games Database because it went flawless. Not a single game with incorrect metadata and even the special and enhanced editions were identified correctly. That wasn't possible just some months ago.

I am glad to hear that you are not going to invest development time in DRM measures. I wish more developers could take this approach, instead of fighting pirates, invest your time in improving your software and building a strong community.

Not until you send the files to Jason and he implements them into a new beta, then you can test them and interact with Jason in order to correct overlaps and other errors.

If the new AMD Zen gives me 6-8 cores with haswell level IPC for cheap, I will buy it. But right now nothing beats intel CPUs for emulation, even with the small generational improvements, every new generation gets better at emulation benchmarks.

I have a doubt. There is a playstation 2 game called WWE Shut your mouth. A user submitted a box art change, the thing is, the previous box art is fine but the difference is that one is from the America release and the other box art is from the Europe release. Both images are high resolution and correct but the art is different due to regional changes. What image should I accept? The America one or the Europe one?

@Jason Carr Hi, regarding the changes to the Strings and Options form it only seems to be some English text that is not there anymore (Autohotkey related) but the Spanish text is still there. so: Do I need to delete the Spanish text of those? Once we get the translations finalized I'll go ahead and put out an official 5.10 release. Sorry man. I was going to do that at April Fools and wasn't able to. So I did it kinda late as you see. No harm intended. I will check the new version for any translation overlap. Cheers!!
