  1. Well, don't get carried away, Jason. An ultra-cool Space Invaders Watch can only do so much.
  2. Emperor Easily adaptible to Gaming, I suspect...
  3. I love this! Click here for more info or to purchase.
  4. Okay, how 'bout this one?
  5. The usual bad news: They're way too expensive. The good news: I'd bet they look really cool in real life!
  6. Well, they are big F1 fans over there, but 90,000 GBP worth? I dunno... I wonder what it costs at the local game store as opposed to Costco?
  7. Click here if ya wanna add it to your Basket. P.S. Isn't someone in the Forum from the UK? Is it Clive? Maybe he'd help us, if he has a Costco card. I don't have a UK one.
  8. The Polycade Interestingly, the founder of this project is Nolan Bushnell's (the founder of Atari) son, although Nolan has nothing to do with the project.
  9. Resident Evil Zero available next month on Consoles and PCs.
  10. Woo-Hoo! Don't ya just love presents for yourself...I mean Christmas?
  11. Click here for the video/Website. Oh, BTW, insane graphics (as you can clearly see)!
  12. BTW, I add new Guides somewhat regularly. Anyway, I recently added Drones for Dummies (288 pages/~94Mb), Stress Management for Dummies (382 pages/~9Mb), and more.
  13. It's almost Drone-time at Amazon!
  14. Derek, we might have to start calling you Mr. Monitor! And a dedicated LaunchBox screen - You know how to roll!
  15. I'm thinkin' about upgradin' my Home Theater System a smidge. If only I could go to this : Just short of an IMAX Sound System, this is the craziest system I've seen (on the Internet/Dream World). Look at those amplifiers and speakers! No doubt this system could blow that dog right off the couch. Most people’s homes couldn’t even supply anywhere near enough electricity to power this system! The Kipnis Outer Limits Home Theater System: And now for some insane loudspeakers!
  16. Zombeaver said I used the CNET settings as a base and then the THX calibration disc that comes with the Terminator 2 blu ray to do some final tweaking - CNET's settings were pretty spot on while RTings's were pretty garish. It's a Vizio e55-c2 and I'm very happy with it despite a couple quirks. So you used something such as this (but from C|Net)... Blu-ray setup discs for your HDTV I was unaware of the existence of these! Thanks for that enlightenment, Zombeaver. BTW, I like your 'screen-name' (assuming it's a reference to Zombies and beavers - for reasons I may not comprehend ). My home state (Oregon) has a beaver on the back of their state flag, and who isn't intrigued by Zombies? Anyway, since I lack motivation, on occasion , would you please supply that C|Net link you referred to. Thanks, in advance. P.S. Nice TV. I believe Vizio TV's, in general, provide some of the best 'bang for your buck' you can get these days.
  17. Jason Carr said Nice. One of these days I'm gonna replace my TV that the kids decided to scrape up with scissors. That was a great day. Yah, I'll bet you celebrated on that day. Are they old enough now to not do that again [hopefully]? Maybe you're too young to have owned a VCR, but many of those have been fed a PB&J sandwich by a helpful tyke.
  18. Gonna spring for a new TV this Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or whenever? This is an excellent Site for someone ready to buy a TV. Lots of in-depth, detailed reviews, plenty of filtering options to narrow your search (even 'Usage', such as Movies, Sports, or Video Games), side-by-side comparisons, and a Link to each product on Amazon. Even some 'learning' stuff (e.g., "What is Local Dimming"?). Only 5 brands are covered, though, but they are 'heavy hitters': LG, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, and Vizio. Anyway, click RTINGS to check it out.
  19. I believe it could be way more fun than a regular amusement park, too. All those FPS's you play from a chair would be transformed if you were actually bumping into and/or tripping over stuff as you're running away from some horrendous monster or a horde of evil super-Ninja's! What, are you kiddin' me? The possiblilites are crazy! If you watched the video, you saw that amusement ride type chair that was thrashing you all over the place while simulating rapid combat flight maneuvers. Tricky flying would be much more difficult - but way more realistic - in your TIE Fighter if you were being 'beat-up' in the cockpit as you were doin' some serious bobbin' & weavin'! Perhaps these Virtual Entertainment Centers could be somewhat vast (you could put a lot of stuff in a dirigible hanger! ), as they might need less money for insurance liability (compared to some giant roller-coaster). In here, they could put nets where you might fall off a cliff or building during a pursuit. The whole adventure could be hours of Jurassic World, or whatever! The largest significant draw-back I see to these games, is that in an armchair you don't usually get winded from endless running, but if you actually had to do all that running... . Maybe something like Amnesia where you hide in fear from dangerous ghouls roaming the hallways, or Assassin's Creed, with lots of stealth movement and plenty of lurking, would be better suited to my endurance level.
  20. It never ceases to amaze me at how over-the-top cool your toys can get if you have enough money. Next thing ya know, I'll be wanting this for Flight Sims: NASA's VMS (Vertical Motion Simulator).
  21. Well, Jason, ES may have helped you get going, but you certainly ran with it well!
  22. I don't know squat about Emulation, but this device looked as if it may have potential for folks that do "Emulate". Pitendo Emulation Station 'Course, for all I know about it, LaunchBox might already do many of the things this does (well, the Emulation Station, anyway).
  23. Speakin' of cool fish tanks... (These are real tanks (and they're big) from a serious Aquatic Layout Competition a few years back).
  24. BioShock Fish Tank
  25. World's Largest Arcade Machine Gonna need a high ceiling in your Man Cave for this one!
