  1. The initial hype of it has worn off and I'm thinking I can't spend a $150 on a controller.
  2. @ps4isthefuture nice to see you on the forums its been awhile.
  3. Thanks I didn't see that one.
  4. Add Supermodel as an emulator to do so when you click add it will open a a multitabbed form to add the emulator for Supermodel you will only need to enter data in the default tab so add the name of the emulator and the location and for Supermodel that should be all that you need to get it up and running. Also that build is a little dated here is a link to download the latest version from EmuCR. I just tested the new version myself and Dirt Devils no longer seems to have graphical issues and Magical Truck Adventure now is working.
  5. Wow that thing looks insane very pricey though. Damn you I want one now.
  6. I've been playing with the hot key binds in RetroArch and I have to say the feature is just so over the top amazing. It would be a great addition to console gaming if they added the ability to their controllers. So far here is the setup that I've come up with for XBox 360 controllers and Ipega Bluetooth controllers Hot Key toggle=L3 Quit RA=L3+Start Pause=L3+R1 Reset=L3+R2 Load Save State=L3+L2 Save State=L3+L1 Mute=L3+X Toggle Fullscreen=L3+Y Screenshot=L3+B Onscreen Keyboard=L3+A (doesn't do anything though not sure how to use it) Next Shader=L3+RDPad Prev Shader=L3+LDPad Slow Motion=L3+UDPad Eject Disk=L3+DDPad Next Save State=L3+RAnalog Up Previous Save State=L3+RAnalog Down Menu Toggle=L3+R3 Start Recording Movie=L3+Select Volume Up=L3+RAnalog Right Volume Down=L3+RAnalog Left (These last two are only setup on the 360 controllers as the Ipega have built in media keys for volume Play/Pause Fast Forward and Rewind) Having these keys setup just bumps everything up to the next level I truly recommend setting them up Thanks to @fromlostdays (I hope that I'm crediting the right user) for posting somewhere about enabling the hotkey binds that was truly some illuminating shit right there.
  7. Yeah that is standard practice employees aren't eligible to win the sweepstakes or contest. Probably so people didn't suspect it of being rigged if an employee did happen to win.
  8. Yeah I have the core i7 920 in one of my machines it just recently stopped working and I haven't messed with it to trouble shoot the problem but it was still a good PC even after all of this time.
  9. That's going to be one fine machine right there happy building.
  10. Best bet would be to create a BitBucket ticket when you do so make sure that you vote for your ticket. Then you should copy the URL and come back here and post the URL so if anyone likes your idea when they read it in the forum they have easy access to be able to upvote it and maybe it will gain some traction.
  11. If you go to the tutorial links in the heading of the website Brad has a lot of great tutorials that will teach you how to get everything nice in RetroArch. I use quiet a few standalone's when they are necessary (Atari 5200, Sega Model 2 & 3, MAME, PS1, PS2, Colecovision, Gamecube and Wii) but wish most of them had RetroArch cores.
  12. I would definitely recommend RetroArch for any and all TG16/CD games there isn't anything better except Mednafen but the Mednafen core is what is used by RA so you get a UI and you get Mednafen (somewhat) as your emulator. Really for all of your suggestions I would just say use RA it is amazing and once you get over the small learning curve there is nothing better than it. It plays so many systems well, Most controllers are autoconfiged and one of the best features I know of is that you can launch your games and then start your controller and it is recognized a feat which is hard to come by with most stand alone emulators.
  13. I think it is a Spectrum too (without researching). As to whether I knew or not I was torn between Fairchild Channel F or Magnavox Odyssey so I searched Odyssey and saw that my first instinct was correct but I did research it before I posted in order to be sure.
  14. Most SNES emulators will play archived files even RA with the snes9x next core.
  15. Depends on which ROM set. For anything Nintendo, Sega, Sony there should be a pretty comprehensive amount of data at least if you are referring to covers other stuff can be more sporadic depending on the popularity of the game.
  16. Does CPS1 have a BIOS? If so I must have it but be unaware of it. Have you tried multiple games and do you have all of the parent ROMs some games won't work unless you have the other game in the folder.
  17. Can you get the games to work in RetroArch without LaunchBox? Sorry I'm not going to come on TeamViewer and fix your problem for you. I'm more than willing to try to help out though. If you can't get the games to run in RetroArch alone it could be issues with the ROMs that you have.
  18. In LaunchBox it looks like you have it named Capcom CPS 1 but in the associated platform page you have Capcom CPS1 change that and report back.
  19. Don't be overwhelmed by it just take it one system at a time and it will get to the point that it is like nothing. Start with RetroArch as learning it will teach you how to setup the majority of the systems all in one place.
  20. Here is the link to where I download it from.
  21. You won't install it to LaunchBox you will install it anywhere on your computer then you will point LaunchBox towards that location. As for RetroArch when you type in RetroArch in the same location that you show on your screen shot for the emulator name I believe that a download link for RetroArch will appear.
  22. 1 and 2 can be emulated by a few emulators most notable are RetroArch and MAME. If you know how to setup RA you will need to have the fb_alpha_cps1_libretro.dll and the fb_alpha_cps2_libretro.dll cores. For CPS3 you can choose from MAME and the CPS3 emulator (yeah I think that is the name for it) I use RA and CPS3 personally but I think MAME handles these games pretty well. As for the path you will point it to the location that you have the file stored on your computer or network share. Not to be a dick or anything but if you don't know where you have your emulator files located to set the paths there isn't much I can do to help. It does take a rudimentary knowledge of file directories in order to be able to use this program efficiently.
  23. No ROMs come with LB at all. I believe that you do need some program in order to get the controller to work in Windows.
